Had a good time. |Staff were kind and helpful. Room was decent. Went to the 7th floor bar, both mocktails and cocktails were delicious, the veg food was good.|Check in was simple, as was check out. Bed is gigantic and comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

The Resort offers stunning scenery and exceptional hospitality, making for a memorable stay. The houseboat service is a highlight, providing a unique way to experience the beautiful surroundings. While the rooms are a bit dated, the tasty food and attentive staff more than make up for it. They even provide complimentary food for babies, which is a thoughtful touch for families. I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham in Alleppey, expecting a five-star experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. To begin with, I was shocked to find cockroaches in the room. For a hotel that claims to uphold luxury standards, this was completely unacceptable. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, especially for a reputed chain like Ramada. The dining experience was equally disappointing. Dinner service was extremely delayed, taking over an hour for a single dish to be served. This kind of inefficiency, particularly in a five-star hotel, is frustrating and tarnishes the overall experience. On a positive note, the location and ambiance of the hotel were pleasant, but these factors could not compensate for the major issues I encountered. I hope the management addresses these concerns promptly to ensure future guests do not face the same. Until then, I would hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a seamless and high-quality stay. NOTE: NOT A FIVE STAR STANDARD HOTEL.

I had a great time here. This was our last day of our vacation and we were treated like a family. We got a free upgrade of our rooms which over looks the backwater and had an amazing view. Food was delicious and all staff were helpful.|Shout out to Sharon for his excellent hospitality and we surely will come back soon.

Horrible experience at Ramada Alleppey. Hotel rooms are pathetic. So small like a box. There are uneven steps in the room, you might trip and fall. There were no slippers and towels. Staff wasn’t helpful. I had to call 4 times to get anything at all. Food was terrible, cold and tasteless. Never going again. Won’t recommend either.

We travelled from the UK to spend our vacation in Alleppey Ramada,the location and atmosphere were excellent.|Restaurant service and cousine both delicious and good.|The rooms were somewhat disappointing for us.the lake view and shikkara were fantastic. The house keeping personnel are good.|Our check in and check out procedures were smooth and quick, thanks to the assistance of Mrs. Nicy from the front office department.🌼🌼🌼||We recommend that you all spend your vacation with Ramada🌼🌼🌼

We stayed in this hotel recently in the start of November. It's a terrible hotel.Leakage and cracks are there on the walls of the room while the washroom is not proper. There is no view and the rooms aren't well maintained. Very disappointed as the price which we paid didn't deserve such rooms. The staff was not well trained and did not know much. We changed the rooms 3 times for various purposes. Also pest control is not done as a lizard was found in the room. The food is okay. I have given one star for this hotel only for its location. Seriously not recommended. It is highly overpriced taking in consideration the quality of stay they are providing...

Amazing Ambience and nice food and hospitality by staff, only this maintenance of such a wonderful Hotel needs to be improved could see cobwebs in the lights in the Dining Hall and the bathroom in our place the water gets stagnant in the wash basin as well as in the bathing area,these are things to be noted. Before guests arrive the maintenance team should check these parameters and ensure there is know hitch for the customers. Well I firmly believe that this would be looked into so Ramada stands tall among all hotels.Thanks and would certainly recommend to friends who visit here
