Had just a night stay. The hot water would only be available on demand. The room was good. Neat and Clean Can be improved.

The room as well as the bathroom were not that spacious In fact we felt very congested. Not well maintained and not clean. I would not recommend this for a family. I felt it was not worth the rate I paid.

you will get Star experience at a comfortable price. their service is very nice and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. this property is very closer to the beach and closer to the main road and also has a canal view in front of the property. you can get a good experience from here

I found this hotel when my booking was cancelled by the other hotel due to heavy demand. I was actually going to some other hotel with similar name but by mistake I reached this hotel. They had rooms available so we decided to stay. The rooms were neat and clean and few have balcony too. They have parking as well. I really liked the stay and will definitely recommend it. The hotel also has per hour boat services l, so we were sorted and didn't have to go and search for a boat ride. The property location is also good and Allapuzha beach is also 15 mins walking distance.

Rooms were spacious and good looking, the separated dressing area was a new and pleasant experience for me. The owner Tanveer was very nice and helpful. He even came to my car to give me the charger i forgot in the room. Only complaint was the lack of in house restaurant or kitchen, but it is understandable for a hotel built out of a house. Value is also amazing and I reccomend this for any short stay in the town. Special thanks to Tanveer for his helpfulness.

Better find another room nearby beach,there are many nice homestay. I don't know why some people make good comment and review on this hotel. Actually they uploaded all pictures and frame nice but reality worse of room. Very trouble and bad experience I ever had like this situation in my Kerala trip only Brookland Avunes, Nothing any professional process check in , check out, waiting to customers for check in long time. Just looking our face, thinking about money and cheating. I just feel that they are running the Brookland Avenue's rooms for their part time Or local dating point, not any professional staff there. Just time pass duty is there. I saw and shocked here in this hotel that most of these rooms are booking a day offline by dating couple of local, when I was check in there local couple came and he just give key without any process and register. For us lots of questions, even though I already booked and payment was done in advance he didn't know and asked me again . Very delayed process in everything. Better find the homestay and other room nearby Beach 🏖, because there are many nice homestay..

Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the WiFi is good and strong. Reception is helpful and friendly and can assist to book a tour if needed. Totally recommend to stay here
