OYO 4864 RAGAM REGENCY

I have visited first time in Ramada hotel. Wonderful staff (kumar,surafi,ranjeet,Bony,rajilal) with delicious food. beautiful back water views. Room are fully furnished. Room service is also good. Weather of allpeeye is bit warm but not to worry about it. This place is out of danger. I would like to visit again.

We highly recommend staying here! We booked for a very good price through Oyo and the room was so good for what we paid and it included free breakfast, toiletries, a/c, fan, towels and bed sheets. The bed was king size and very comfortable and a very nice shower and bathroom. The building is very new and clean and great location close to the boat starting/finishing point and the bus station. The staff were so friendly and professional and did so much to make our stay wonderful. They even did breakfast really early for us at 7 happily even though it says it is from 8-10. No complaints at all!

This is the best and highly recommended hotel for all types of travellers. It is away from busy traffic and located in a calm neighbourhood. Houseboat jetty is just nearby. Ample parking space is there. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very neat and tidy rooms. Polite and courteous staff will guide about all the tourist attractions. They can arrange houseboats and vehicles. This place is in the lane quite opposite to Ramada hotel. Various food joints are available nearby. Please stay in this beautiful hotel and enjoy your holiday.

I stayed at this property for 2 nights during March 21-23, 2017. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff of the hotel is helpful. They server breakfast which is good. However you have to travel near 1 km to eat your lunch or diner. You can find auto rikshaw just at the the doorstep and fare is also no high so its not a problem to travel that distance. I dined at a nearby rsturant called Makkadi which is pretty good. If you stay here can try this place too. This place is near the finishing point, i.e., from where you can board to house boats. Tourist taxi stand is nearby, that is a added advantage. Government bus stand and houseboat/ shikara boarding point is within 2/3 Kilometer. The hotel is very homely and clean. Manager and other staff members are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there. Hope to visit this place again.

Great room and hospitality. It is just opposite to Ramada. The staff is very welcoming and if you book it in Oyo you will get rooms lot cheaper that you expect. There is a lot of foreign guests as they keep their standards. I'll prefer to call it a hotel than a resort. Because it works like that. Just near to the main road so that you won't find it difficult to find a ride to where ever you wanna visit. Getting into the rooms, they are clean and painted artistically. Clean and maintained well. Staff is ready to help any time of the day and night. There is a beautiful balcony that will give you a good view.

We, family of 15 (including sr citizens & kids) visited this resort in 1st week of Oct 17. Booked it through booking.com|Rates were reasonable. Rooms were neat and clean but not very spacious. This resort does not have in house pantry/restaurant. No good restaurant available within 1-1.5 km from this hotel. We checked in around 7pm when started raining there and had to search for food for about 1hr. The owner didnt even inform us about this in advance. We were asked to pay in full in cash at the time of check in. GST was charged but number not provided inspite of asking for it. They need to be pro-active and professional in terms of hospitality.

If you are fed up of life and want to humiliate yourself even more, please book a room at this hotel and visit. Otherwise, Avoid. Fellow travellers, please trust me, I love travelling and have visited many places. This is one of the worst experience I had. I booked using OYO and these guys didn't have a room ready, when I went there, I was shown a dingy dark room with broken ac, no tv and ugly bathroom. He said everything will be ready in 15 mins and I was asked to pay up front and luckily I didn't fall for the cash/credit card option and I paid through the OYO app. After the payment was made, he received a call and I came out to get my luggage from the car , the hotel boy came out and told me there is no room for me. I was taken aback and asked him the reason and he said the owner said so. I asked them to pay my money back suddenly couple of folks came from inside and asked me to leave. I left the place and contacted OYO and after many calls and explanations I got the refund. Thanks OYO but no thanks to Ragam Resort , never will I book such filthy places in life. I dont know who took the picture that is shown in the resort profile, its very very small not like the one you see in the pic. It is in a narrow road and its very difficult to park and reverse the car. ||Please avoid for your own good.

Very good resort for family also for bachelors. Just five minutes walk from punnamada Nehru trophy boat race finishing point. Normal rates. Also have house boat for guests. Staffs are so friendly. You may feel home. Quite and calm surroundings.
