Will highly recommend this property. Friendly and welcoming staff, clean and neat toilets and rooms, hot water, calm and pleasant surrounding, close access to beach. Overall a really good and affordable stay Only con is the accessibility as location is a bit remote, but if you have private vehicle, its much easier.

This is a basic small hotel, very close to the beach, in a quiet area. I will start with bad sides, but please read all the way: price is a bit expensive for the rooms. TV didn't work, there was no shampoo, and no tissue box or toilet paper. And there isn't much to do, it's a quiet residential area. Good sides: the room was clean, bathroom was clean, AC was cold, hot water and WiFi avaliable, and it's 2 minutes walk from the sea (heads up:waves are too big to casually swim there). Mr.Binu was VERY professional and helpful, he went above and beyond, he provided helpful information, helped us order food, book transportation, and even went out at a very late time of night to help a friend who had a medical emergency. Excellent.

Loved my stay at this hotel. Really great service from Mr Sunil who went beyond his call of duty to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. This hotel is situated right on the beach so you have great vista's.

Rooms are very neat ,near by beachside,but only to see in that ,because local people use the beach like is house , we will enjoy the aleppey beach near just below 1 kelometter ,care takers are good, rates are nice ,rooms really very nice and clean, no fan ,only ac ,but ac is comfortable,worth of money

Highly recommended to stay here! Binu, the owner of the place was quite helpful and honest in pricing and helping out with places to visit! Very very reasonable and quite opposite to the beach! Just that you couldn't get an exact beach view as it's covered with trees ahead, but quite a lovely place to stay for family or couples or friends! The AC, hot water facility, cleanliness, ambience is top notch

This is my fourth time staying here. Nice clean rooms, especially bathrooms. A safe place to stay for families and couples. Just 5 minutes to go to Alappuzha beach. The behavior of the workers is very good. We all get in on a phone call.

Rooms are really nice, I got it for the piece of 1500. Really a good deal. Some other property is using the pictures of this resort on oyo, and cheating customers, be careful.

I was extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the staff. We had arrived at 4 pm and the room was not ready despite paying advance. Further more, the person in charge was not available and was also rude when we called and he told us there is no room and we had to leave. The area was not secluded and not advisable for couples.
