NillManager/owner refused to provide me the room I booked through Booking.com. The old man at the property is rude, ill-mannered, and does not speak English or Hindi. He behaved rudely with me, speaking in Malayalam. Do not book this place through OYO or Booking.com. This is another instance of OYO fraud. The owner asked me to pay 600 rupees extra to get the room. This property is just a total scam. It should be reported to the police.

NillI made my booking through OYO app. Me and my wife reached hotel by 4 am and the hotel staff was not even opening hotel main door. He told us that, there is no Bath attached rooms available. People with common sense can understand that oyo has only bath attached rooms. And I showed my booking to him in which it was a a bath attached room.(through the window, coz the staff was not opening the door) After that he started shouting and at last he told that he is not going to give room for us, and some bad words which I don’t want to mention here. I waited there till 6am and tried to contact oyo service team but no use. All this happened today morning. Its not a right place to stay especially for ladies. Coz the hotel staff behaviour was very very bad.

NillThe behaviour of owner of this property was very rude and arrogant I booked a room through oyo app and paid money during booking itself and my booking was confirmed but today I am about to check in by 12 .he denied checkin by asking to pay more money to his Google pay account to check-in if not he will not give room . Its so difficult that we have to deal that our Accommodation got cancelled and find a back up in middle of travel .These fraud people's are the one spoiling the name of oyo in minds of customers. NOTE : ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS SHOWS HERE ON THIS PROPERTY IS POSTED BY THE OWNER ONLY .DONT FALL ON THIS TRAP .

NillCheck pictures attached. This is probably around 300-400 / night worthy but not for 850/night. The lady who takes care of this place is very weird,rude and not professional at all. There were termites in the bathroom. This is repeated experience booking with OYO service. Good bye OYO.

NillOverall terrible experience. We are cheated by this place and hosts. 1. the map says it's 2.5km from kollam junction but when I asked the host to share the exact full address, he didn't share . I called him thrice waiting outside the railway station along with a auto driver. When they shared exact location it's actually 8km from railway station. 2 When I asked why did you gave the wrong location to us, that person said I'mjust a manager and not the host. Airbnb page says "Host will greet you " 3. Room pictures were no were close to the images given the detail page. No proper lights, no water. they said it's homestay but it's not a homestay. they have 2 names for this place . Ayurmadam and Ss padmini Ayurmadam.they have listed their property on oyo too. 4 . the page says their rooms are well sanitized and cleaned. rooms were dirty and windows and walls were dusty 5. I had to buy water from outside shops, this place is pitch dark in the evening no street lights or shops in that road. so I can'tgo outside and requested the person to give a bottle of drinking water. he asked me to buy the water from outside as they don't have water at their place. 6. When I requested them to offer partial refund as the place is not as described as given in the airbnb, the manager said I can'tgive refunds you do what everyou can literally Ifeltlike trapped in that place. since we are already tired and came around 1pm we can't cancel the place and go for any other hotel as it's already far and we are tired. 7. 1 foreigner familystayed there they were also complaining 8. Airbnb has to stop listing such places or else airbnb spoil its name. I'm a regular user of airbnb and had good experiences all these times but this place spoiled its name. request to Airbnb, delist this property.

NillVery bad experience. I stayed on 29th December 2022. Uncleaned bad, room, floor, housekeeping staff don't speak anything but Malayalam. Very rude behavior. Highly not recommended.
