What we loved about this place. Great ambience. Great service. Good quantity. We had ordered chicken biryani and beef biryani. Good taste. We were welcomed with pineapple juice. Affordable rate.

It took a one day stay in a room at aroor recidency was very good and the room was clean with a balcony in the morning they provide a free breakfast and the staff are very friendly also was a very good experience

Room looks good...wash room looks old..shower is like 360 degree,spreading water all parts of the wash room..They provide Shower gel,Shaving kit,Brushing Kit,Soap,Shower Cap all in seperate Packed Covers..it's look nice..Customer Service also good..

Extremely poor service, dirty rooms, unclean environment. unprofessional staff members….Never book in this hotel. Stay away! The negatives continues like a laundry list… a. They switch off all lights during the night….we had to literally use our cellphone lights to go to the room from the lobby… b. rooms are really dirty and unhealthy. To top that both rooms were having cigarette smell c. We reached around 11pm - there was nobody who could even get us a bottle of water. (everything is closed except for a watchman in the front gate and another guy at the reception desk) d. Everywhere in the hotel it smells like rotten food - pls disinfect the place at least few times a week. Hope somebody will takeover the management of this hotel and fire everybody there.

Lunch was super tasty. Had 2 Fish curry meals, 1 Prawns Roast, 2 Chicken Fried Rice and 1 Butter Chicken. RS.1650 Clean toilets. The cushions are a bit worn out and needs a change.

A good hotel in the Aroor area near Aroor Junction. The room was neat and the service was good. You can easily access buses to various parts of Kerala from here. Being on the National Highway, very helpful for car travellers for overnight stay. The hotel has a bar attached to it. There is an executive counter and local counter for accessing services of the bar.
