Located closer to railway station and bus stand, rooms are pretty decent and well maintained.. Spacious too across however property has limited rooms but homely feel.. Service is a bit slow and hot water facility is available in limited..

Worst experience faced yesterday... Manager and staff behaviour is rude in bar... Very bad service... Dnt go to that bar... Food was less in quality and quantity.... Bad experience ... Never ever go.... They think people are coming for drinks in bar are dogs

Kindly consider this hotel as the last option of yours in Changanassery.Under such a price in a town what we would really expect is a decent room service.Came here for an emergency...5 days..not even bothered to clean the room, change the itineraries,wash the bathroom,change the bed clothes.Finalised price was Rs.2250 per day.On the day of vacating theroom staff's decision was to provide a discount of Rs.50.I thought they were literally in euphoria while even mentioning such discounts.And staff was making the comments that it's the duty of customer to make sure that room is made clean.The only thing that was nice was the location.Nothing else.
