Had a wonderful stay and the restaurant served local kerala cuisine food and was so tempting.will definitely revisit for my next work trip

The room service takes ages to respond to your request. Didnt clean the room despite repeated requests. Under staffed. The receptionist manages the front office as well as doubles as a waiter. No buisness center. They refused to do a photocopy of a passport even. They charge 2000 and 2500 for single and double occupancy respectively, but, the whole experience is not worth even Rs 1000. The location is good. They can certainly improve if they conduct things professionally.

Rooms were spacious and clean but there was some foul smell in the room over the stay time.Ample parking space.

Very nice atmosphere.Friendly behavior of staff. Management supervision very good.. Delicious food. A peaceful beverage.

Very bad. They promised 24 hours running hot water at the time of enquiry. Once we checked in, they said that it is solar powered water heater... We checked in on Monday 28th Jan 2019 and even after 28 hours, we are yet to get hot water through the tap.. I am still facing a tough time because I have travelled with my parents for a treatment and not having hot water to take bath is very disgusting... They are charging 2500 per night for a standard AC room.. There is one supervisor, a fair guy with specs, who is actually very rude. He even lifted his hand threateningly whist we were having an argument over their poor service standards. No Wi-Fi inside the room.. Pillow is very thick and hard... They are expecting you to pay every 24 hours... You have to wait eons for your food to arrive once you have given your order... The taste is good though.. Water bottle purchased in the restaurant or near the reception would cost you Rs. 20.. If the same is delivered to your room it would cost you Rs. 25... Almost 20% extra over and above the MRP...on the whole, would not recommend this hotel for anyone... Very bad choice...

Hotel is just near to KSRTC Bus stand. Staffs need more professionalism. Wash rooms accessories are damaged. Room phone is not working. Rooms are neat. The worst thing is that, there is no service in the night even water. You have to pay minimum 2000+ and you will be getting half litre of water as complimentary.
