Mountain Trail Munnar

The first thing that comes to my mind while writing the review is the staff. They were excellent in making us comfortable. The staff was young and energetic. We faced absolutely no issues neither during the check-in process nor during the stay. The month of visit was October and the rush was moderate. The rooms were very cozy and had a indoor football game. Extra beds are provided upon request. For the room service we ordered crispy veg which was not originally in the menu but without straight rejecting our order they asked our preference on how to make the dish and served it. I have to say till date it's the best crispy veg starter I ate. The check-out process also was very smooth. Will definitely want to stay here again when I visit Munnar,Kerela.

Amazing property Amazing staff Amazing view Good Food Only 3 stars due to their impractical and annoying mandatory registration system of your personal data, there is 26 page online registration of entire private details for each person who stay there. Luckily we where only 2 so we could finish it in 30 min. Not sure how this will work for a family who comes with 5+ members. Even their restaurant ordering system is online and instead of making life easy with a physical menu of restaurant they insist on digital menu where you can only pay by card or UPI. They let us pay by cash when we insisted after failed online payment. I hope they address this issue at the earliest.

Mountains, valleys, lush-green forests and absolute peace... the location of this resort is breathtaking. Each room has its own foosball table and chess... It’s a perfect getaway from busy city-life.||Family and friends would totally fall in love with this place. It would keep you free enough to enjoy the nature and busy enough to still engage with your loved once with indoor games.||When we arrived, the resort had partially commenced its operations and was still splendid! Perfectly splendid!

It's in a remote location and the ambience is really good. The dormitories are really good and there's enough space inside it. The view from the dorms are really good. Food items are tasty but a bit expensive and the quantity is less.

We stayed for 3 days in the Hosteller Munnar. We selected dormant room and the room was beyond expectations. It has 6 beds per room and it was clean and neat. Coming to the toilet, its was great. Room service was extremely good and the boys was more friendly. These rooms comes with a Valley view balcony, a playful common area with wifi for your workcation. Food ordering, Room service requests, Check-ins are all by internet, It's Kinda time saving. Cons: 1. The food menu has more North Indian food than the South Indian food. The Price is also slightly higher. But its okay to have hot food in between the forest. 2. We don't know what happened for Wifi service. It was good untill 5 pm and then it fluctuates. The management said that its was some sort of voltage issues and nothing wrong with wifi. 3. The Hosteller stays nearly 2kms from the highway and the connecting road was bad. Pros: Very Happy with the Neatness and Cleanliness of the Rooms and Toilets. The view was Superb 😻. Worth for your money💸.

Great place but approach road could play spoil sport at times. The team offer heart felt hospitality which is a great way to welcome. They went out of way to arrange little party for my mother who turned 75. Very good team and rooms. View from rooms was mesmerizing and worth the travel to resort. The rooms are big and comfortable Teething issues of intercom etc surely would be worked upon by unit head

Amazing place! Staff was very courteous and polite. Hostel was clean and good standards of hygiene level were maintained. There were many fun activities to do here. Anuj is the best host!

Stayed for 2 nights. Family friendly place with an amazing view. It is somewhat far from the city area but it is okay to be away from the cacophony of city noises. Breakfast and dinner was covered in room rent. Food quality is marvellous. Quick tip here: order your food from your room before going to the restaurant as it will take some time to prepare. Fresh ingredients and quality food! I’ll be definitely coming here again. Recommended!
