We stayed with a group of over 100 students and staff members, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The service was exceptionally good — special thanks to Manager Mr. Joshi and Mr. Kaali for their outstanding hospitality and support throughout our stay. Our stay at Hotel Princess De Munnar was an absolute dream. As a couple, we were looking for a quiet, romantic getaway, and this resort delivered everything we hoped for—and more. The atmosphere was serene and surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Munnar. Our room was clean, cozy, and offered a spectacular view of the sunrise over the hills. The private balcony was perfect for sipping tea while enjoying the cool mountain breeze. The service was top-notch—every staff member was kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. We even received a lovely surprise room decoration for our anniversary! The food was delicious, with a great mix of local Kerala flavors and North Indian dishes. We left with beautiful memories and the promise to return. Highly recommended for couples, honeymooners, or anyone who wants to experience peace, beauty, and genuine hospitality.

We stayed at Hotel Princess De Munnar for a family vacation, and it was one of the best decisions we made. The property is beautifully located, surrounded by tea plantations and serene hills. It offers a peaceful environment that’s perfect for relaxation. The rooms were neat, well-furnished, and very comfortable for a family stay. The staff made us feel very welcome – they were attentive and always ready to assist with anything we needed. My kids loved the open spaces and garden area, and we enjoyed early morning walks through the mist-covered surroundings. The in-house restaurant served fresh and flavorful food that suited all age groups. This resort is a great choice for families looking for a safe, scenic, and comfortable stay in Munnar. We’re definitely coming back again!

I recently spent 2 wonderful days at Princess De Munnar in rooms 111 and 112, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! The view from the rooms was amazing. The booking process was seamless, thanks to Mr. Joseph's assistance. The complementary breakfast was good, with a good spread of options. Minor suggestions for improvement would be more frequent mopping of the floors and a deeper clean of the bathrooms. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. I'd highly recommend Princess De Munnar for its beautiful views, excellent service, and comfortable stay.

Not recommended. The hygiene here is abysmal. 1. Pillow covers and pillows were dirty. 2. The blanket we got for the extra bed stank. 3. No complimentary dental kits. 4. Table mats at the mess were dirty, so were the walls. Not a heartfelt experience. The locality isn't safe. 1. It's located 20 km away from munnar. 2. There are no markets or diners to explore here. 3. It is not recommended to step out after 7 pm due to safety concerns (wildlife activity in the night) and, worse, reports of violent incidents right outside the hotel. Pros: staff is polite.
