The Svarga Hill View Resort

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the impeccable service and cleanliness. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Housekeeping Supervisor Lima Marko deserves special mention for her exceptional assistance and attention to detail. Overall, a delightful experience that exceeded my expectations.

No room cleaning as well as no food for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend to eat dinner outside and then come to the resort. Location is great

It was a wonderful stay at the place..location is beautiful... service excellent.. especially the supervisor Ms Lima is too good..her concern for smallest things about the guests is applaudable... Highly recommended stay!!!

It is a bit far away from Munnar but the balcony view is sublime. There is a paucity of staff, but one of the leading one who is spearheading the entire operations, Lima Ma'am has been quite helpful and amazing in terms of managing things solely. The cooking looked a bit perplexed in terms of catering such a bunch (we are a family of 14 people who visited Munnar). But, in a holistic view, this resort is completely fine.

This is one of the best resort that I have ever visited. The best thing about this resort was the hotel manager Miss Lima she was very helpful and friendly in nature we had experience of our life thanks for the awesome experience.

Pathetic..... Don't book this hotel. Big insects in bathroom, open geyser electric wires, TV recharge not done. Bad room service, they didn't give the drinking water properly. No electric kettle provided.

Worst worst worst experience... We stayed here as part of our Kerala tour. We were 9 ladies. While checking out, they falsely blamed us for bedsheet statins and closed the gates so that none of us can leave. They asked for money but we were not ready to pay as we didn't do anything. But no use.. They even threatened us of police as they had connections. We just felt helpless and gave in to their demands. We as tourists are very disappointed with such inhumane behaviour. They have ZERO manners as of how to speak and treat ladies. They are beggars asking for money anyhow.

Experienced a way better occupation at this level of resort.Especially the staffs attitude towards my family and treating us with self-mannered and enthustiastic energy... I love the way they treated us.. even i choose a valley view room which was stunning with an excellent vibe... They provide us campfire... It was absolutely an amazing oppurtunity for being a part The Svarga Resort... Thanks for providing us a good and peaceful atmoshphere through out the days
