Good service, convenient location, and lovely suite room with a balcony and living area made our stay nice, even though the price was a bit high. Private parking and nearby food options also available. However, there were a few issues, including a non-working heater and no phone to call reception.

I was disappointed with my stay at the hotel. We had booked a non-AC room, but it did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The room had a strong bad smell, was disorganized, and the bathroom was poorly maintained with an unpleasant odor. This made for a uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. While I cannot speak to the condition of the AC rooms, I would recommend opting for them over the non-AC rooms based on my experience. It's possible that the AC rooms are better maintained and offer a more pleasant stay. Overall, I would not recommend the hotel, particularly for those considering a non-AC room.

Stayed for a day with a colleague. Good rooms with a balcony. Go for the 4th floor rooms, if you want the more recently built ones. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Staircase is dirty and used like a store room, so better to take the elevator. No intercom in the rooms, so must contact via phone only, if any service is needed. Location is a big plus as you get almost everything within a short walk. Would recommend any day!

Pretty decent rooms, well furnished. The water is very hard. They provide basic items water, tooth brushes and paste, tinu soap. A towel. Not very occupied. There is a restaurant very next to the hotel. Stayed in an AC room. Not many service staff around. Most rooms come with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. They have different classes of rooms. They go from ground to 4 th floor.
