Hotel O Palarivattom Metro Station Formerly South Gate

Very disappointing experience – misleading and unprofessional The overall experience was far from satisfactory. First of all, only one person was managing everything, which made service extremely slow. Basic amenities were missing — no water bottles were provided, the bathroom was dirty, and the bed sheets were stained and yellowish. The room itself was very small and not worth the price. One of the biggest issues was with the payment process. They insist on UPI or cash payments and do not provide receipts at the time of payment. They claim receipts can only be given after checkout — which is highly unprofessional and concerning. When I asked to pay by cash during checkout, neither the person at the desk nor the owner was cooperative. This is actually an OYO property, which I found out later. But the hotel’s name is just “Hotel O,” which doesn’t clearly indicate it's an OYO-affiliated place — very misleading. Would not recommend, especially for families or those expecting even a basic standard of hospitality.

I had a really great experience. The place is calm and composed. It infuses a sense of peace. Mornings are beautiful with the birds chirping around the building. Good rooms for the price, they even provide packaged bottle water at MRP. The owner and the caretaker are kind and focuses of customer satisfaction.

Extremely calm and cosy stay. Affordable pricing. All amenities were provided and the caretaker was extremely helpful. I stayed with my friends for three days and had a were comfortable experience. Very accessible to major locations in the city.

Absolutely terribke experience, we walked out !! We were there with our 2 mont old baby and the state of the lace was soo poor with unwashed linen, cobwebs and dust everywhere, we walked straight out. Felt sorry for the caretaker, because he genuinely seemed helpless. The linen provided were apparently dirty, and the whole property needs cleaning. I cant believe we had this experience from oyo.

This is a property located in a 300 meters walk away distance at Palarivattom. I booked a room here for 2 nights for which OYO charged 1600+ and the room is quite small doesn't have any wall hangings or cupboards inside. The very bad experience was with bed and mattress which I believe is used for hostels (may be hostels converted to hotel). The bed is made by two partical boards kept on a frame and the matress is so thin (may be 4 or 5 inches) and we may enjoy some creepy sounds while laying down on it. This is such a first experience for me from an Oyo property as I may have stayed for more than ten properties so far. It can be called only a hostel for which you can pay a monthly rent of four or five thousands. Not recommended for daily stays by paying such a high rents when there are plenty of properties offering good stays with the same price.

Very average rooms. 2 or 3 small cars can be parked. Poor service. The person at the reception was not helpful at all. I won't recommend for anyone. Also it is very difficult to find this place. The road to reach this place is very narrow.

Easy to find the location and the stay is nice but rooms are not clean. And the sraff behavior ia not much good. And they provide big size of parking space. It is just 1km away from metro station

Very bad service. The room are congested and small. Not a good one to stay. Seperate kitchens and refrigerator is there. The staffs are very messy. If you.are going for this try to go somewhere else. Rooms are juz adjustable.bathrooms not upto the level. Needed a bit improvement in staffs as well as the rooms. Too bad
