Hotel Seven Lights

The Hotel was well maintained, room was spotless, and the service was amazing. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the check-out time, set at 11am, and the breakfast, tad expensive. However, in my case Joshua - the manager, and other staffs kindly extended my check-out time till 1pm without any additional charges although I didn't request. They understood my predicament and offered themselves. It wasn't just one situation where they were kind to me or anyone, they were just like that. To cap it all, it was a pleasant stay at a relatively affordable price.

I'm extremely satisfied with my stay at Hotel seven lights . The facilities with room care service and cleanliness were outstanding, offering great value. Apart from other hotels of that area, they have a safe parking place for our vehicle, standard and updated air conditioner system, cleanly maintained fresh bathrooms and toilets . Its prime location, within walking distance of AIMS and Aster Medcity, makes it ideal for medical travelers. I highly recommend this elegant and peaceful hotel for its exceptional food, service and accommodation. Rating: 5/5 stars.

This is a very nice hotel, and our experience here was very good. The rooms are well furbished and the staff is very courteous. We stayed here while I was visiting Kochi for a conference, and the manager as well as the hotel staff made sure our stay was comfortable. The maintenance of the rooms is excellent, and the staff was very prompt in addressing any requirements. The amenities provided in the room are all modern and well maintained.

Had a great stay at this place with my family. Premium hotel with all modern amenities. The location is very close to Amrita Hospital. Rooms were neat and clean and the breakfast provided by the hotel was very nice. All the staffs were very friendly and service was excellent.

Hotel Seven Lights is beautifully maintained and was above expectation. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Upon request, without any hesitation they booked us into our room a couple of hours early. The hotel has a good restaurant with a great chef. The chef prepared some delectable veg and non veg dishes for my family and made sure we enjoyed our meal. Great location, felt safe and secure. Also just around 30 minutes from Cochin airport. The front office also arranged our transportation back home to Thiruvalla. Definitely will recommend Hotel Seven Lights to family and friends.
