Parking is available but it's limited. Rooms are okayish - I paid 2k for a one night stay w 3 people including me. They didn't ask for an ID card which felt weird. They are renovating other rooms. If that's done - This property will be in high demand due to their easy access location. The guy in the reception was friendly and ready to help.

I've been staying at this place everytime i come to Kochi for the past 2 years. The staff service was truly top-notch - every single person I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The service was prompt and efficient, whether it was room service, housekeeping, or assistance with any queries I had. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to help made all the difference. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained, but it was the staff that truly made my stay special. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay.

It's a very disappointment to me, I want to write a review bcz it's owner has to see and the public wts to know about this property that the 2 persons in that reception is handling the guests very badly and rudely,to me for the early check in, and I get badly insulted by these people..... And i have to take my huge luggage and transfer to another hotel... I know how to respond to these people, but I didn't bcz I see an Jesus photo above the reception, ..... Any way the owner who is seeing this review, plz don't put thses kinds of useless kids in the reception to handle this property, plz put some matured people to handle this property...... 🙏 I read your response, but still if the gust has come before check in time, your two ideots sitting in your reception asked me to get out of the property at 2 pm night, with my luggage, and he told if you did nt take the luggage I will put out in the road.... Is it the way to behave to the guest....... He also used a malayalam language, valigukairi vanavan..... I am paying for your room and booked the room... Very pity on the people sitting on this property...... Plz people seeing this kindly aware on this children's sitting on this property....

My parents stayed for a day here and were really happy about the stay. Will recommend to anyone who needs a peaceful place to stay.

Very fast and smooth check in experience Friendly and professional staff Very good location but the rooms and bathroom are very very congested There is very small tv with very limited tv channels

Respected behaviour of staff. On line booking available. Internet is free. Car parking difficult. Near to North railway station, lissie hospital
