FabHotel Prime D Chandlier - Hotel Near Ernakulam Railway Station, Ernakulam

Only good thing about this hotel is the nearness to railway station. Other than that it's not at all worth the money. 1. Booked in advance, but the rooms were not provided on check in time. We were made to wait for more than 2 hours. Cleaning was also not done on time. However, when we asked for extension time, we had to pay 500 extra. 2. No proper food facility. 3. Too much mosquitoes. 4. There was some sort of odour in the room. 5. Room was actually very tiny. 6. Walls were also peeling off. 7. House keeping only cleans the floor and changes the sheet but nothing else; there are a lot of cobwebs and the lamps, fan are all not dusted. Mainly AC vent was very very dirty. Totally unhygienic. 8. Lift and AC were not working properly which was highly inconvenient for elderly parents. 9. Water was yellowish. Very bad. Would never recommend.

NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE Very bad smell when you enter the hotel!! Bathrooms stinking!! Floor smells cigarette !!!!Phones doesn't work!! Opening the room with keys is more like a puzzle!!!Cockroachs welcomed me when i entered the room!! Phone connection doesn't work!! I don't know even if they have room boys! Worst place to stay!! Not recommended for family!

It was a horrible experience for me. I stayed here last week, and the booking was through Goibibo. After the booking confirmation, I called the front desk for directions to the hotel, but that was a rude attempt from their end. Finally, I reached the property. After the check-in procedure, they provided me with an executive double room instead of a deluxe room, which was a very bad odour room.I was fed up with arguing with them about the mismach , but the staff thoroughly said that it was their deluxe room. Again, I called the Goibibo team and informed them about the failed attempt. Team Goibibo was very helpful, and after their conference, the hotel provided me with a deluxe room that was very large and had the same bad odours . It was a horrible night for me to stay there; I cant even sleep because of the bad smell. I begged them for a room refresher at midnight, and they provided it at 2 a.m. The breakfast was limited and not even served properly. Finally, I met the front office head Mis. Sridevi, and told her all the circumstances for the last night, but she simply ignored them and told me that it wouldn't happen from their end. I was shocked at how simply they ignored my horrible experience, at least for the sake of hospitality She can admit the reality I know I was the victim of their horrible hospitality. The fun fact is that their staff also visited my room and felt the bad odour , but the front desk manager never admitted it. I never recommend this property.

The rooms are good and clean. Ambiance is ok . The main reason for their service is its very poor I ask for drinking water in the morning and they provide evening. They provided a TV in the room that was not working. After all it's a value for money property

This hotel may hold the first rank, if we conduct a survey of worst hotel in and around Ernakulam railway station. 1. Booked in advance, visited the hotel and keys were provided, but the rooms were not cleaned. I have to come to reception and explain then they provided another room. 2. No hot water, complained multiple times and it was fixed in the night. 3. Water is of yellow colour, when complained they said it's same everywhere in this area. 4. Tv doesn't work or not recharged 5. Restaurant in the hotel was not functioning or taking orders. 6. There is no any good restaurants nearby the hotel. Except the prime location, nothing is great about the hotel. Big avoid if you are coming as a family to enjoy your vacation.

It's a very nice hotel. The room was very spacious with separate dining area . Toiletries and water bottle was provided. Bathroom also was very clean with running hot water always. Lobby also very spacious. Cost also was very reasonable. They have a restaurant, Location is superb just in the main road. Railway station is near by the Hotel. Staff was very cooperative, especially front office good attitude and friendly . I would like to stay here again on my next visit.

Not worth the money, there was mosquitoes inside the room and bathroom was worst. No hot water. bed was comfortable. When i called room service bottle of water they get it after 1hour. Bathroom hot water tap problem not working. I think the hotel was built in a standard quality and failed to maintain. I vaccat the room with in 3 four hours. Thank you they refund the money.
