Had a very comfortable stay for 2 days. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful. Very convenient location to go to city and towards Aluva. Restaurant staff are also very nice. Food is very good . Hotel management took all the feedback’s from us in a positive way. Hope they ll rectify all those by the next time we stay there again

Not that great considering the price point , we booked a superior view(literally we had no view) also the room allotted to us had two doors and areas were we needed two key cards since the electric supply to these two areas were different and we need to remove one keycard and put in the other area, also the overall setup was made look luxurious with cheap interior works, the breakfast spread was not that great the overall food quality and taste was just ok, only visit this hotel if you get it on a lower price, please do not overpay because its not worth considering the amenities and also the location

We stayed for a few days. Rooms were spotless. Food was wonderful. Staff was very welcoming and ever so helpful, especially Shebin - thank you for going the extra mile. Will definitely visit once more when in Kochi again!
