My friends and I stayed at this lovely residence during our vacation in Kochi. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It is not too far from several tourist attractions like the Hill Palace and the water metro, and it is only a couple of minutes walk to the Lakeshore Hospital. Mr Nasar is a wonderful host. He was very accommodating to our requests and always willing to answer our questions. Overall, a very good experience.

Perfect stay nearby Lakeshore hospital. Stayed there for a night and i must say the experience was amazing. The owner was there all the time, who was very helpful and kind indeed. He demonstrated remarkable flexibility in accommodating my needs and were willing to go above and beyond to ensure our requirements were met. I highly recommend this to everyone.

We had an amazing stay at this guest house. It is located near Lakeshore hospital. We have booked 2 rooms apartment. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The manager and staff went out of their way to make sure every aspect of our trip was perfect, helping us with everything we needed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to unwind. For such an affordable price, we couldn't believe the level of service and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a cozy, friendly, and affordable place to stay, we highly recommend this guest house. It is a best place for family and couples. Every moment here felt like home!

I had a great time staying in this hotel, it's newly opened and in excellent condition, with spacious and well furnished rooms and super friendly staff who made my stay even better, helped with local recommendations and even booking tours out of town. The hotel is however not in a very touristy environment, so just be aware what you are getting into. If peace and quiet is what you're after however, you're in the right place. And thanks to the hospital literally next door, there are always taxis and rikshaws (tuktuks) available at any time of the day to bring you all over town. Highly recommended!
