Disappointed with the basic amenities. No mug or bucket provided for bathing — when asked, the staff said they simply don’t offer it. For two guests, we were given only one 10ml shower gel — hardly enough for even one person. The room and bed were decent, but there was no housekeeping available at night when we inquired. Definitely not up to the mark for the price.

I am here at Manhas Olympus on 22/04/25. The worst property in Kerala and on make my trip. Here there is no room service at all. I don't understand y the previous reviews mentioned about room service. There is not person appointed for it. Only one person at the reception for the whole building. Room ceiling is with black fungus due to water leakage. Fan not working. AC is malfunctioning not able to reduce the cooling. Please be careful when you book this property. It is too highly priced. You get better stay for cheaper prices.

There is no luggage assistance, lift doesn’t work nor was housekeeping done. The rooms are okay but the service provided is terrible. The worst part is the location. It’s so tough to find. Especially if u order food. Pretty disappointing experience.
