Aura One Hotel

The location is good since it’s walkable distance to Lulu mall and metro station . Service is yet to be improved, we have to ask for everything and many a times regular consumables are out of stock. Rooms are very poorly organized. There is no windows in the rooms. The worst part is towels which stinks with fungus, mattresses are not comfortable, Overall this hotel is good for a quick one day visit.

No supervision! Rooms not cleaned unless you ask for it. Cobwebs and mosquitoes in the room. No English speaking TV station. Only free stations. Bathing is a challenge as hot water might not be available, as they're using solar geyser. No milk served, only creamer. Friendly staff and great location. Really "a 7 year legacy" but an English speaking supervisor is needed. Congratulations to the owner!

Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! My recent stay at this hotel was a disaster. The moment I stepped into my room, I was hit with a overpowering, unpleasant smokey smell that permeated every corner of the hotel. The rooms are a far cry from the images depicted on their website. In reality, they're old, run-down, and desperately in need of renovation. The infrastructure within the rooms is broken, rendering basic amenities useless. But what's even more appalling is the complete lack of concern from the staff. When we reported a leaking toilet, they brushed it off, insisting it was fine. This blatant disregard for guest comfort and safety is unacceptable. The breakfast area was a health hazard, with flies buzzing around and tables that hadn't been properly cleaned. It's clear that this hotel is not committed to providing even the most basic standards of cleanliness and service. Unless you enjoy subpar accommodations and lackluster customer service, stay far, far away from this hotel. Trust me, you won't regret it. Rating: 1/5 stars

The pictures on Google Maps are deceiving. The rooms are not new and the bed covers are old. There is a smell in the rooms. They do not even allocate rooms for smokers, which makes the smell spread, which is not good. The reception is good and the service is fast.

Took this place for 3k/night only because it's near to lulu mall..but made me regret the decision the moment I stepped into the room.I had to shift the room twice. First room was more like a smoking room.. couldn't stand there for more than a few seconds. I was offered another room which had no shower or even a bucket!! Hence I was shifted to the 3rd room which had a similar smoke smell. but I had no energy for another shifting and had to adjust there for a night.. Never revisiting this place or recommending it to anyone

Selected this hotel only for its location near Lulu mall. But not worth the tariff at all! One major drawback, because of which I won't be booking it ever again, is there is NO PARKING in the hotel! I was told to park my car in a small parking space nearby which has no security at all! They did not offer to carry the luggage & outright denied when asked can any of their staff park the car for me! The receptionist seemed least bothered when i asked why the no parking facility is mentioned in the booking app! Overall had a bad experience, which is rare when you book a stay in Ekm.

The pictures are misleading. Do not fall for it. Cannot be considered as a star hotel at all. The rooms were small and dingy. The sheets and towels were old and discolored and yucky. The bathrooms were really small and stinky. Food options were really bad. No parking available as well.

Rooms were not clean. Needed to ask to provide towels. 24sq mt room which was booked turned out to be around 10sq mts. Overall bad experience. Breakfast which was included was their own choice of food which they served.
