NillVery bad experience. Despite booking 02 rooms and paying 50% advance, the booking were cancelled without any prior intimation. I was standing on the road with my family at 10:00 pm night after reaching the hotel with no way ahead. Despite requesting the staff, nobody helped. The attitude of the staff is also bad. Strongly recommend not to book this hotel for safety of your family. Very bad experience..

NillIt was a very bad experience. There was no hotel staff to show us the room, to help with the luggage. We had to carry out luggage to the 2nd floor.There was no lift. Room and the washroom was dirty as hell.Tv was not working.no geyser. No breakfast. The staff behaviour was very unprofessional. Room was booked through OYO and I don't recommend this place.

NillI booked two AC rooms for 3 days through OYO, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. There was no lift, and the bathroom was extremely dirty. For the price we paid, this was unacceptable, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was the worst stay we’ve had in Guruvayoor, despite visiting the place every year. The mobile number provided was not working, and I had to contact customer service to get the reception number. Additionally, the distance from the temple mentioned in the app was misleading—what was shown was far from accurate. I do not recommend OYO or this hotel.

NillI booked a room at this hotel, and my reservation was confirmed. However, upon arrival, I was bluntly informed that the hotel was full and no room was available, despite my prior booking confirmation. The staff did not offer any alternative solutions and denied responsibility, leaving me stranded. This level of service is unacceptable, and the lack of professionalism in handling the situation was frustrating. I highly recommend future guests exercise caution when booking here, as this hotel clearly does not honor confirmed reservations. Very disappointing experience.

NillThe worst experience you will ever have... You will get a confirmation message from booking.com and when you reach the property the stay will be denied.. And the wonderful person when you call and tell you are on the way, the guy will blame the rush and people who reached the hotel prior.. Worst hospitality at its best..

NillWorst experience..dirty room, we reached hotel late night though already Pre paid..Room are not clean.. my little daughter found wine bottle in the drawer/ cubrd not clean.. Not hot water.. late night Manager behaviour rude.. Empty liquire bottle are outside room.. NOT good place for Family
