The restaurant at Lilac Hotel offers an exceptional level of cleanliness, creating a pleasant and hygienic dining environment. The customer service is satisfactory, with attentive staff ensuring a comfortable experience. The quality of the food is commendable, especially the Kerala meals I ordered for lunch, which were flavorful and well-prepared. However, the overall dining experience felt slightly disproportionate to the pricing, as the cost seemed a bit high for the offering. Despite this, the food and cleanliness made for an enjoyable meal, though the value for money could be improved.

We stayed for a week in Guruvayoor mainly because we enjoyed the accommodation. Lilac fulfilled all our needs. Happy to get Jain food. Very good too. Ambient was pleasing. People friendly stay in all areas right from security, reception, housekeeping, dinning and others too.||Our next visit to Guruvayoor will include Lilac too. 5star

Lilac Hotel in Guruvayur offers clean rooms, courteous staff, hospitality given by anusree and sneha is appreciable. It is great location near the temple, just walkable distance only. Comfortable stay with decent dining options.Good value for money!

We really had a comfortable stay. Everything was too good. We had onam sadhya for lunch that was extraordinary.. The welcome gesture , the staff, privacy everything was too good. Hope you people continue the same in the coming years. Thanks for the entire team.

Everything is good...|Ms Kavya, the hospitality attendant is so kind...Even veg. food is so delicious...It is just 400 Mt far from The famous Guruvayur Lord Krishna ( Om namo bhagavathe narayana ) temple. Reception, Restaurant & Hospitality persons are so kind...

The rooms are very super comfortable with so nice beds & pillows. bathroom is fantastic. The staff are so helpful & friendly.Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness & behaviour of the staff. Food was so fresh & delicious. Fully satisfied.

The best hotel in guruvayoor with very efficient and helpful staff especially Mr. Safwan from front desk and Mr. Jineesh from restaurant , this is our best ever stay at a hotel in guruvayur and remarkably comfortable for families travelling to guruvayur with Elderly Parents and kids. The food is really delicious especially the traditional kerala thaali meals, which is a must try.

I had a fantastic stay! The rooms were very spacious and the washrooms were impeccably clean. They provided dental kits and other utilities without us having to ask, which was a nice touch. The staff, from the reception to the security, were incredibly polite and accommodating. They even allowed us to check out two hours late at no extra charge. The only downside was the restaurant prices; 300 bucks for a cup of hot milk seemed absurdly high. Despite that, the overall experience was excellent.
