Treebo Sreepathi Prayag Apartments

I made a last minute booking. Prices were very cheap compared to similar properties in the area. But rooms and washroom were clean and tidy. Room was spacious and good enough for 3 of us. As I booked for a cheap amount, I thought the breakfast would not be complimentary, but surprisingly they provided unlimited buffet breakfast and unlike other hotel, they seems not bothered to note the room numbers or number of guests having breakfast. Would certainly recommend this place for traveller's. The staff behavior were also courteous.

They are apartments converted into small rooms. Minimal to no maintenance. Dirty linen is provided. They are even charging almost equal to other normal hotels nearby. Must have taken care of basics. Not much to do. Even the restaurant on terrace is just very basic with minimal options. It’s better to have meals outside. There are few Pure vegetarian restaurants nearby.

Stayed there for a day with family. Clean and Tidy place. Affordable rates. Very friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast provided is something to improve upon. Overall pleasant experience.

I got a room for just Rs.1250 for a day that too in weekend when it was full everywhere and that was a great deal for me. Rooms were spacious with AC, bit away from temple though. They had compliementary breakfast with limited options but taste was good. Good parking space. The bad part was water gets logged in heavy rain on their way and it causes trouble to those who prefer to walk and go to temple. We stayed for two days and they was no housekepping even though we requested to clean the room. They didnt even restocked items like milk powder, tea bag etc. Even we asked for additional milk powder on 2nd day but they denied to provide stating stock was over which is unacceptable. Overall I had a mixed experience.

Prefer to stay in future when we visit guruvayoor. Location of the lodge is an in ideal place.Providing hot water facility is verry much needed. Cleanliness of premises is notable one. Staff service also indeed excellent.

Pros : Clean neat rooms. Cons : Bad service. Maybe cuz i booked through MMT. My door lock was damaged. I complained in reception they were least bothered about it. No hot water atleast in my room. Its an appartment no food provided. The appartment is little bit far from the temple.

Very nice rooms at economical rates.. Rooms are really spacious and well maintained.. Cordial staff.. They don't have in-house restaurant.. But they have a restaurant nearby where we can order food.. I don't had to use that facility due to my schedule.. So I have no idea about the food..good parking space..walkable distance to guruvayoor temple..Complimentary breakfast is arranged at a temporary built structure on the terrace.. Though the items were limited, food was good.. One small suggestion instead of placing long tables with chairs for groups they could have arranged multiple small tables surrounded by four chairs.. That will be more comfortable for small family visitors..
