Krishnavalsam Regency

Went here for a short stay during a wedding. The place can be easily located and the navigation was accurate. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Washrooms are well maintained and are clean. Entry to the underground parking was too sharp and steep and so are the turns (to note if you own a sedan). The temple is in walking distance from this place, and that's a major plus. Would recommend.

During my recent stay at Krishnavalsam Regency, I found myself quite disappointed, especially considering the high rates I paid for the experience. While the hotel’s location is convenient and the building itself seems modern, the overall service and value for money fell far below expectations. Rates: The hotel charges premium rates, which, at first glance, seemed justifiable due to its facilities and reputation. However, after experiencing the service firsthand, it became evident that the price did not reflect the quality. The room rates were on the higher side, yet the level of comfort and attention to detail that one would expect from a hotel charging such rates was sorely lacking. Service: The service at Krishnavalsam Regency was underwhelming and, in some cases, outright poor. Upon arrival, the check-in process was slow and disorganized. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and indifferent, and there was no warm welcome or prompt assistance. Throughout my stay, it felt like customer service was not a priority. Requests for basic amenities took longer than they should have, and when I reached out for help, the responses were often unhelpful or dismissive. Housekeeping was another letdown. The room was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, and on multiple occasions, items like towels and toiletries were not replenished promptly. The hotel seemed understaffed, and when staff members were available, their attitude was less than friendly. Facilities: While the hotel has a few decent amenities, such as a basic fitness center and a restaurant, neither stood out as exceptional. The food was average, with limited options and quality that didn't match the price point. The fitness center was small and poorly maintained, which didn’t justify the premium cost of the stay. Conclusion: Despite the high price tag, Krishnavalsam Regency failed to deliver a level of service that would justify the cost. I would not recommend this hotel to those looking for a truly comfortable and luxurious experience. There are many other hotels in the area that offer much better value for money, with a much higher standard of service. If you’re paying a premium for your stay, you expect a much higher level of service and attention to detail, something this hotel falls short of.

Overall a good experience celebrating our wedding this past weekend at Krishnavalsam. The convenience of location and service from staff to conduct our marriage as well as making all necessary arrangements including coordinating with wedding planners and getting us a digital marriage certificate promptly were one of the several perks provided. Our sadya for the wedding day was excellent and they accommodated our requests for people traveling from different parts of the state. Breakfast was also pretty good for our wedding party. The marriage hall on top was good enough to accommodate 300 people however we did have to extend the stage. Rooms were clean, had AC and ambient lighting with clean bathrooms, couches a bit old, mosquitoes present in the halls but overall neat. Other than expenses, I’d recommend the hotel for its excellent staff service if you plan to hold functions or marriages here.

Booked 5 rooms at this accommodation for family to visit the temple. They provided brilliant & professional customer service. Rooms were all very clean & modern. We came straight from Cochin airport and they were very accommodating & helped us with all our luggage. Will highly recommend this stay for your visit.

Stayed here with family. Had booked a suite and a double occupancy room. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Extremely convenient to visit the temple. A 2 minute walk to the temple. Can improve on their breakfast spread which was a little cold and needed a reminder to replenish. Otherwise a great place to stay and visit Guruvayoor temple

Location is good around 100 meters to temple. Rooms are good but needs some thorough cleaning. Especially sofas, curtains and windows, they were kind of dirty. Pillows and towels could also improve. Staff seemed overworked and not happy. But they were helpful if you ask them. Had a very good buffet breakfast there. Last rooms next to corner service lift are bigger. You can ask them to remove the dirty sofa to make more space in your room. There were mosquitoes and insects coming through window gaps which they could prevent. And please change lighting to more bright LEDs will improve the appearance of the room. It was dull lighting everywhere. Advertised in the websites as 4 star. But can be given 2 star rating only. Its an option for decent stay next to the temple for one or two days.

Slightly overpriced. Rooms are neat and clean. Walkable distance to temple, only a few steps away. Need to change the sofas and beddings. Bedsheets looks dirty. Please call and get confirmation if you are reservation is via booking.com. Our booking were cancelled on reaching the hotel even after having the confirmation from hotel staff

Superb location - just 50 meters from the temple. Good food as well. However prices are definitely high. And service (except reception) was not upto the mark. Rooms were also a bit dated - especially the sofa was really pathetically maintained.
