Stayed here for Guruvayur visit ., really nice villa! Pros Located not so close to temple., but not far either (recommended got people with own car) 4bhk full air conditioned Fully furnished Calm and quite stay

I booked this place for my colleagues who were attending my wedding. Biji was a very responsive host and was always available. Despite the time difference, since he was abroad, he was always available to provide us with help when required, and clear cut instructions. The place was spotlessly clean and they had a very comfortable stay. They had a late check out, but he was very understanding and did not demand any additional charges. Thank you so much for the amazing service. We will definitely chose this place again and also recommend it 100%.

The villa is neatly maintained and flexible check in /out timings can be done as per guest request. Biji is the wonderful host and helped us in planning the guruvayur visit. The villa is 1.5km from krishna temple and auto/bus can be hired when we reach main road. It's 5-10 mins walk to main road from villa. This villa has 4 bedrooms and a kitchen. Cooking can be done for elders and also for infants

We actually felt sad to leave this beautiful place at the end of our stay. It was clean and well maintained. Furnished adequately, a full kitchen (however mangement requires limited useage for purposes of maintiang cleanliness)Snacks and bottled water supplied at cost. A huge wash area with a washing machine and and ample covered drying space. There are 2 rooms downstairs and 2 rooms upstairs with ensuites, a queen size bed cupboard dressing table and drawers with locks and keys which came to good use. Each attached bathroom with hot water. There were also a common bathroom upstairs and one downstairs.The rooms and living room downstairs are airconditioned and upstairs we enjoyed the use of a much larger family room as well as a balcony with scenic surroundings. Internet was adequate both upstairs and downstairs even at peak useage. The unit is located a very short distance from shops and facilities however it had a surprisingly quiet and serene surrounding. The compounded unit is able to accommodate two vehicles at least. Mr Biji Sukumaran is a trustworthy and honourable gentlemen who assisted in providing for our additional requests and comfort. He is contactible by whats app for any form of requests prior to arrival and the unit is serviced by a caretaker who was highly cooperative. Meals are easily obtainable by delivery also. All in a very pleasant and enjoyable stay for my family. We intend coming back here again. A treasure one would certainly hate to unveil to the public

Excellent property and hospitality. The host Bijith despite being in a different time zone than India helped us with all queries in a timely manner. We travelled with 2 kids under 1 year and 1 kid under 10 years and elderly members of family but the property and facilities suited them all. Food should be brought from outside and there are good options nearby. Overall we had an excellent and memorable stay.

Excellent place for a family trip. The villa was spacious with complete privacy. True to its name ....luxury ...luxurious living. Just 10 mins from Guruvayoor temple. Mr Biji was very supportive, taking care of all our needs ...immediate response whenever we messaged him. Mr Raman the caretaker too was always available a call away. A well maintained property. Five star rating from our entire family.

The villa was awesome and stunning. The host Mr. Biji was very helpful and arrange for everything what we told and the caretaker Mr. Raman too was very helpful he managed to get the things what we asked for within 10 mins and literally helpful. The villa has all the necessary amenities to prepare a cofee/tea or even to cook a breakfast or lunch. Such a nice and wonderful place all my family members loved this place. This will be place we will stay if whenever we plan for guruvayur
