I booked this place two months in advance for our December stay. We were basically visiting Guruvayur temple for some rituals and were looking for a neat and clean place since we were travelling with a five month old baby. Though I had spoken to someone named Saurabh two months ago regarding the amenities who assured everything will be taken care of, I just randomly called them again while we were on our way from airport to check in. The new guy who answered this time Richard intitally couldn’t locate our booking and scared us a bit. Anyhow ultimately once we reached the apartment was fine and fully furnished. It’s a decent place to stay if one is just visiting for 2-3 days for work since there is technically no 4 star or 5 star hotel in Guruvayur. What really annoyed us here were a few things because of which I might not book this place again - |a) they don’t clean the rooms everyday, we had to literally called 100 times the second day to get our flat cleaned, dirty dishes and garbage kept lying till early evening. Third day we didn’t bother as we barely stayed there during the day.|b) the linens in all the rooms were dirty, thankfully for our child we were carrying clean linens so that saved us.|c) our bedroom door was a shared door with the other flat and we could hear every conversation that was taking place in there and am sure that goes vice versa |d) all the balcony doors didn’t have a latch only a key lock system but they didn’t have keys neither could the staff find it. At a new place with unknown people we were very apprehensive and bit scared since anyone can jump in from the balcony and enter the rooms. |e) even the bedroom door had a latch from outside instead of being inside coz of which we couldn’t lock the bedroom for security reasons. |f) they did take quite a while to get breakfast every morning which was included in our package and had same 2-3 stuff everyday. |It’s not a hotel, these are service apartments. However they can do really well if they work upon their service and fix these minor but important issues. |

We stayed in this hotel on 02-Mar-2019. |Pros|-The Stay was good|-The place is clean|-Rooms & toilets are clean and well maintained|-Staff are very courteous|-Since the Guruvayur temple is about 800 mts, they arrange free transport to the temple and pick us up back from temple as well. They even obliged to take us to temple at 2 AM in morning also without complaining for early morning Darshan.||Cons|- Food is an issue|-Even for Coffee/tea the hotel depends on some other setup and they go and get it from there|-Morning Breakfast is got from there and very less choice since they go and get from some other place where they have tie up.|-Food quality that is got from outside is also not great||If the food arrangement is made inhouse this will be an excellent facility

Very clean, modern, well presented rooms as shown in Booking.com pictures, hot water supply, complimentary shuttle service from hotel to Guruvayur temple and back, ample parking space for tempo traveller size vehicles, free wifi provided for all travellers with no data limit, welcoming staff and assistance in moving luggages from vehicle to hotel rooms and back to vehicle. ||The only issue was location of the apartment, bit far from temple, however the complementary shuttle service was excellent as we can avoid hassle of using our own vehicle to get to temple.||Breakfast was offered as part of booking but didn’t try the food, as we went to temple to have prasad.

Had a wonderful stay at Maple Leaves. Saurav and team were very hospitable. Neat and spacious rooms, are stay got upgraded from a studio room to a single bedroom flat. Food was homely. They also provided free pickup and drop facility to temple and station.

Worst experience.We booked the room through oyo and the booking was confirmed.When we almost reached the location they called and said that the rooms were not available anymore

We were looking for a home like experience as we were traveller with a baby. The property matched and even exceeded our expectations. Thanks Ambalath team for your wonderful hospitality. Sure to recommend this to my friends. If I visit the city again I am heading straight here to stay. Cheers.

Wrong location. And the staff at the reception was blaming OYO. Actualy known as Ambalath Maple Leaves, take an auto from bus station or railway station to this building. No sign boards for the building. No oyo boards anywhere in the premises nor on the road. Difficult to find the building. Staff here is helpful expect one lady.

Stayed there for one night ||Neat room ||Actually it’s not a hotel. it’s type of serviced apartment ||Stayed in a studio apartment ||It’s about 1.5 km from the temple ||They are having pickup and drop facility to the temple ||Always ready, went to temple and back twice ||They have complimentary breakfast but didn’t try it
