Hotel O East Nada formerly Rvees Regency

Rvees hotel namely Super hotel I booked room then I called the phone number there is no phone number given in net. During booking I had seen good photos of room and written complimentary break fast, notbeven abottle of water in it. Rooms are very derty. In reception a single man is running here and there and given key of rooms not even shown the room. I had seen alot of plastic and food waist in front of room. We serched another hotel nearby and shifted to other hotel at 2.30 AM. Whole night we can't sleep. I had complained to Oyo but no body attended and not taken any action against it. I have never seen like this in my life I am fording photos.

I stayed at Super Hotel Rvees Residency from September 19 to September 21, 2024, and I was extremely disappointed. We booked two rooms for our family, but both were in poor condition. The rooms were dirty, and the bathrooms were unacceptable, with water logging on the floor and inadequate drainage. There is no room boys, even available. The overall maintenance of the hotel seems neglected; it felt more like a rundown monument from decades past. The room entrance door lacked security and could easily be pushed open. This can be treated , as a third class Lodge, not as place of stay, for devottees coming to guruvayur. Per night price cannot be more than 300/- rupees. So pathetic the conditions of the rooms alloted to us. It’s concerning that OYO promotes such properties, as it reflects poorly on their brand. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I booked a room at this hotel, and my reservation was confirmed. However, upon arrival, I was bluntly informed that the hotel was full and no room was available, despite my prior booking confirmation. The staff did not offer any alternative solutions and denied responsibility, leaving me stranded. This level of service is unacceptable, and the lack of professionalism in handling the situation was frustrating. I highly recommend future guests exercise caution when booking here, as this hotel clearly does not honor confirmed reservations. Very disappointing experience.

Checked in Room No. 202 Condition of the room was pathetic. Filthy bathroom. Washbasin tap not working. See through bathroom window. Sorry to say, totally unhappy. Planning to uninstall OYO.

Don't opt this. Very bad experience. AC not working, dirty rooms. No lift.
