We booked two ac rooms during the end of July 2024,The cleanliness of the rooms is too bad T.V. intercom ,the heater was not working,despite complaining no actions being taken . Rooms do not have all toiletries. One of the person in reception had an arrogant character . Truly not a travel friendly hotel. Only security guards had a welcoming attitude. The people in the reception look at us like we were staying for free. The rooms are overly lriced..Regular electric power failure and there is no generator provitation along with lots of pest in the room. There is no difference between a deluxe room and a standard room. Heavy pest issue and bad odor ..not at all recommended atleast for 1 day stay..

Had a chance to stay for one night on 26th. Horrible experience. Couldn't sleep through out night mosquitos d other tiny flies will take ur blood.. Intercom d tv only for show . help desk conract thr. our mobile only.sound of water pilferage d leakage will add to the torture. beds are in bad shape d not comfortable. Taken up with friedline Staff but pleads helplessness d are not friendly.. no room service. For food d drinking hot water v have to approach nearby hotels. It is over priced compared to similar lodges in the area.. beautiful photos available hence not posted. Only plus point is proximity to temple.

This lodging facility is very close to the Guruvayoor temple, the west Nadapanthal is just 30 m away and easily accessible from the KSRTC bus station, just 100 m . AC and non AC rooms are available here. Restaurant facility is not available but there are several restaurants and teashops nearby serving food at cheap price. Madhava teashop adjoining this lodging is a good option.The room has just the basic facilities.Hot water is available and has free Wi-fi. Overall experience was Okay. Ac room double occupancy costed approx.2200 rupees. I would recommend this place for stay if you are planning to visit Guruvayoor temple, can walk safely to the temple even late-night.

Horrible stay from 10.09.24 to 11.09.24. Smelly toilets. Bad linen. Arrogant room attendant. The pillows are infested with fungus. Please look at the photo

We booked 4 AC Rooms in the hotel during end of march 2024. Rooms were not maintained well. AC was not working and despite complaining no actions were taken to fix the issue . Room service and management were acting as if they don’t know about issue . AC was not working in all the 4 rooms we booked . All the rooms were untidy and bathroom condition was also not good .

Great location, very good size and huge potential to be a great hotel, however it is not maintained well and does not live to its potential. Room size is good and beds are comfortable. However room and bathroom can be so much cleaner. There are stains in bathroom and on basin which can be easily cleaned and rooms have cobwebs and dust. It seems to be running on a very lean staff so it is only kept habitable.

One and only advantage is close to temple, people inside the reception are thinking visitors are refugees,not treating well,no card payment facility, only ready cash and qr facility.Rooms does not have all toiletary things, very low light in bathrooms,room service man providing 2 tea and one coffee for 80 rupees, including paper cup charges, one of the person in the reception made me annoyed and made fun of us for asking a doubt, truly not a travel friendly hotel.

Rooms : average Service: Only security guards have welcoming attitude. The people in reception are not at all welcoming. They won't even ask us to take seat if we are waiting for initial formalities to be done. Few of the staff in reception look at us like we are staying in their property for free, which I felt quite uncomfortable. Location : Close to temple.
