Karapuzha Residency

Very bad experience , toilet was pathetic, look like it wasn't cleaned.bathroom was leaking to the bedroom, which was sealed unsuccessfully with mseal. When I raised my concerns to the manager,he has no patience to listen, instead of listening he starting arguing and teasing.its a below average hotel, only worth 500-700 INR. We paid 2000 for it.

Such a worst experience in this hotel, there was no electricity from the midnight till 5 am, no heater in the bathroom and we have to use cold water in the cold season, no a/c available, the window was not proper and could not close it, the receptionist has very weak communication skills and is very irresponsible in his work, He doesn't even respond to the call. I would not suggest this hotel especially if you are travelling with your family, the kids cannot adjust in this hotel, even there are alcohol bottles in corridor, it was very difficult for my family to stay here and it is not worth the money.

This was the worst experience I've had at KARAPUZHA Residency. My stay there was very unpleasant, and I encountered significant issues. The behavior of the receptionist was extremely bad and disrespectful. I would appreciate it if the owner of the residency could get in touch with me to discuss my feedback about the hotel. One major concern is the lack of respect and poor communication skills displayed by the receptionist, including his behavior towards guests. Additionally, there were problems with the hotel facilities; for instance, the bathroom door was not functioning properly.I definatley not recommend for any one. I am posting the person pictures for more details.

The room was okay. You can find better options. I won't recommend it for couples. They don't have food options available. They didn't even have plates for food. See it before you book or at least before paying.

For me rate of the room will be high(₹1500- for non ac room, sqft lesser than 150 and it's just a double bed(not a queen or king size bed) and there is no hot water, no tv) espically in this remote area. Only +ve i have seen - Neat and clean room.

Correct location to visit all wayanad, no resturants near by but options avilable. Good rooms

The hotel was good and clean but ground floor rooms are not safe for couples and family...i stayed in 105 and in mid night I noticed people trying to peep into the room which was bit scary and not safe.
