Had a very pleasant experience at this place. The staff were really courteous, making sure all our needs were met promptly. Common areas and rooms were very clean and well maintained too. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and calm space.

I recently stayed at Beach residency , and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. From the seamless check-in process to their prompt responses to any requests, their professionalism was outstanding. One of the most impressive aspects of my stay was how budget-friendly it was without compromising on quality. Despite being budget-friendly, the rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all modern amenities, such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a comfortable workspace, and luxurious bedding.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values quality and affordability.

Recently went to Kannur for a cultural fest. The hotel premises was neat.Staff were extremely polite to the extent that they allowed even late night practice of our skit. Highly recommended if you want a pleasant stay.

A good budget hotel. Front office staff is very friendly and take action on your requests immediately. 24 Hrs Unlimited Coffee and tea is available in their pantry Food needs to be ordered from swiggy or Zomato. We had a large family and everyone was comfortable.

I found the room good enough, neat and clean with everything essential.people sitting at reception were helpful.However there is no restaurant attached, but Swiggy and tomato delivery is available.Its aprox 1 km from payyambalam beach.For parking there is two spots on two sides of hotel.If you take the first left to the hotel you will reach reception and on left side of that there is a parking spot which can accommodate 5-6 car and couple of motorcycles( the road leading here for 20m is too narrow- just enough space for one car).If you take second left you will still reach the reception , here you can park 3-4 cars( But its getting parked at steep slope)
