AUHTEL KANNUR

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed. The rooms were in poor condition, with significant cleanliness issues. The bathroom had a persistent, unpleasant smell, and the bed sheets appeared dirty. When we asked the hotel staff to clean the bathroom, they only sprayed air freshener, which did little to mask the smell. Unfortunately, the smell returned within an hour. On top of these issues, the hotel was quite costly compared to other places with much better rooms and amenities. The inadequate car parking situation only added to the overall frustration of my stay.

The executive room, but the bathroom stinks and gave us a really bad experience. The service boy came to check and used fresher but it was only temporary. Flush was not working. 🙂

I stayed with my family at this property for one night. Very very very poor management. Inspite of booking in advance, the counter staff had no clue about our rooms At night 12, they made us walk with them, searching for rooms in two floors. Rooms keys were lost, so parents had to hold the door sitting there until everyone are in. AC wasn’t functioning well and they are trying to sort things after we are in. They had promised us 24 hour hot water. Leave the hot water, we could see black colour water coming from the taps. Don’t be surprised if a snake comes out of the tap. NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND. Nice looking very clean room... powerful AC... hot water.. spacious wardrobe... Restaurant food... Friendly Staff and Manager... Landry service everything is super... but sad thing is no entertainment.... There is TV here but no channel.. Information given is of no use... They are not serious about it...

The place is really good. The service is best. The location wise also it is very near to railway station. The staff was friendly. I like the stay there

Room was fine,but ants were coming also there is ventilation issues in washroom,rooms doesn’t have balcony feature.

Well maintained fine rooms. Except for minute technical and maintenance issues which we can pay no heed to, the stay was lovely. Excellent staff behaviour. There is a Thalassery restaurant downstairs which makes it the perfect location for a weekend stay. Will definitely visit again.
