All broken tiles. Not clear with web and dust. Customer handling is so poor. I have booked the room in OYO. The photos they shared doesn't even match 1%. We have cancelled and they were not ready to repay. The person at the front office was very rude

Please don't book room through Oyo... If you book through Oyo and pay money if you visit hotel they will tell we don't accept Oyo and for refund the Oyo will take 7 working days to return

I haven’t seen such a dirty room ever. Extremely surprised that its listed on Oyo and MMT. Clearly these companies are not following any standards. Staff was courteous enough to ask me to check the room first and thanks to MMT as they refunded the amount as it was non refundable. Its Oyo who is responsible for these things and I ended up wasting precious two hours during night time with my family.

Such a worst and horrible hotel. We had to stay in this hotel to attend one of our friend's marriage. We had a very bad experience in this hotel, rooms are very dirty and full of bad smell, bathrooms and stairs are so pathetic.. This hotel is not even worth for one star, since there is no option to put zero star.. I don't know, how some other people gave 4-5 star ratings for this horrible hotel. And the staffs behavior was creepy and very unprofessional, like they never seen people. Please learn about hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who visits Kannur. And the main thing is, they have posted some fake photos in their website which is absolutely opposite to their actual rooms. So don't believe the photos posted in their website and don't go there..

This is the absolute worst lodge there is .Still can't figure out how oyo put this place for accommodation. The room is so small you will feel suffocated . The leg space in bathroom is near zero . Mosquitoes roam around 24*7. No privacy . A window is permanently broke. The room literally stinks . Not dusted . I spend around 600 bucks on the room. Saw it and vacated it almost immediately. I went to hotel nearby called THE HAVEN INN . pretty neat room with adequate furnishings. Not couple friendly. If YOU ARE IN KANNUR AND CANT FIND A DECENT ACCOMMODATION , TRY THIS . WORKED FOR ME . friendly but a decent stay for a single guy.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed in my life. The rooms were shabby and foul smelling. We got room 303. The toilet was just disgusting. A public restroom is far well maintained than the toilet here. The building is poorly maintained. One of the staff even made some judgemental comments quoting the religion of one of us. This room was group booked for us for a function through OYO, by a friend. OYO had never disappointed me for the past 2 years except for this one. I used to trust them blindly. But now onwards I recommend everyone to double check the rooms. I never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. The images they gave are fake. The real condition is very much miserable. Always check reviews before booking any room.

Such a disgusting and dirty hotel. The hotel was so dirty. Looks like they never clean and mop the rooms. There were layers of dust and dirty all over the room....not to forget the huge cobwebs. The bathroom was also dirty. I wish I could give zero stars. The management keeps telling they will improve the hotel hygiene but it's fake promises

Horrible experience The amount I was seen on Oyo is 524.But When I reach there the receptionist says the amount is more than 600. Then why we are using Oyo? Worst experience. There is no way for me at that time so I booked the room.
