Looks like they have renovated a few rooms. Near to Kannur Railway station. Stayed here for 2 days. Room was quite neat and medium in size with a small road view balcony. Charged 800 for Single Non-AC room with amenities like towel, soap, water bottle. They were trying to push me for 1200/- room which i rejected. No Hot Water, No TV. Bathroom and toilet was neat and clean. Water purifier available at 1st floor. Indian Coffee restaurant @ ground floor, is quite useful. Restaurants and needy shops available at walk-able distance. Satisfied with overall experience.

Average stay. Close to the railway station. Stayed 4 days . AC is not cooling properly. No hot running water. Only a switch is available for the heater. They need cash before starting the stay. Once completed 24 hrs, they will call for the next day's payment, can't even wait for a single second for the payment. No lift is there in the hotel

After renovation rooms are nice.. Neat and clean.. Staff response good.. Price good.. Every month I m staying 2/3 days... Satisfied😊😊

I booked for one night which was Rs 800. There's also single bed for 700 . There's only balcony presented for double bed starting at Rs 1100. Its a most convenient and great value for that price. Railway station and bus stop is near. Only downside is , its actually not quiet

+ve : Rooms are very good, well maintained. Sufficient lights in room, bed setup was good. Cupboard and table everything dust free. Bathroom was neat and clean. Soap, Towel provided. -ve : The room i got, there was no view from balcony. Mattress is too soft.

Rooms are not quite good, little dirty, no soap or towel were provided. Even wash room is not clean. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is located near railway station a walking distance and has a restaurant on ground floor that serves both veg and non-vegetarian food.
