Land Mark Inn

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of Kasaragod. We booked a Non-AC room for 3 people, priced at ₹1232, which felt reasonable. While hot water wasn't provided, it wasn't needed due to the warm April weather. The bedsheets were clean, though overall room cleanliness could be better. The reception is situated on the 3rd floor, and there was no clear information about parking. However, a lift is available for convenience. Building is old. Everything is old but maintained well. Toilet is old... But adjustable. Beware of local autokaars, the are sketchy af. 🙃

Comfortable stay. Rack rates are cheapest and down to earth. If you book through travel Apps, they will charge 200% extra. I paid 2970 ₹ for 3 person , one night through Make My Trip, Stayed one more night for 1700₹ when I paid at the counter !

The room wast not cleaned properly.... Not good for family... Small rooms, poor quality bed.. The receptionist was arrogant.. Not recommend for solo travellers... Very bad experience

Superb ambience and easy on pocket. Veg food is excellent and beyond what most others would serve. Non veg is great but has a touch of thalassery style. Serving time is long and can be improved upon. If u have made up your mind before hand then u can offset the wait time. Overall wonderful outing..

When we went no AC rooms were available and non AC rooms were horrible to stay since the humidity was so much that even full speed fan barely helped. Staff were less than profession and were too casual. We had to even ask them for water bottle which according them was complimentary.
