I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the arrogance of the staff. From the moment I checked in, I encountered rude and unhelpful behaviour, which made my stay unpleasant. The front desk staff were dismissive and seemed uninterested in assisting with any inquiries or issues. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy was evident throughout my stay. Additionally, any requests for basic services were met with reluctance and a condescending attitude. Despite the hotel's amenities and location, the poor service overshadowed everything else. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hospitable stay. There are plenty of other options where guests are treated with respect and care.

Rooms are maintained clean. AC in working condition. Hot water available. Staff is helpful.. located in the main road of Kasargod town. Complementary breakfast was good.. If you are looking for a stay in Kasargod .. this place is recommended..

Centrally located.has lot of shopping places close by. Rooms are little old. Maintenance not upto mark. Rooms stink with spider and cockroaches. Bed was comfortable but too small for single occupancy. At viceroy restaurant nothing special for breakfast. They serve cold idly, crispy vada, chutney, with kadala and sambar. Kesari bath was also there, cold set dosa was not good. Dinner has a handful of options for vegetarians. Ghee rice was good but vegetable masala was full of uncooked pea. Staff at reception are helpful and efficient. Lot of scope for improvement considering their location.

Amazing customer service. The place is so good. The food was excellent. The rates were so affordable. Definitely going to stay in this hotel next time.

They think this is the only one hotel in the world... Dear owners of this hotel please travel out to see how things works .. Those who see the review even though if you don't have any options to stay anywhere don't go for this railway platform is better than this owners arrogance
