The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows and blankets provided. 2. *Friendly and Helpful Staff*: The hotel staff were courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. They assisted me with luggage, provided information about the local area. 3. *Good Food Options*: The hotel's restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, including local specialties and international cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, which included a range of options to suit different tastes. 4. *Convenient Location*: The hotel is located in the heart of Kattappana, making it easy to explore the local area and access nearby attractions. *Noise from the Road*: My room was located near the road, and I could hear the sound of traffic throughout the day and night. While it wasn't excessively loud, it was noticeable and might be a problem for light sleepers. *Overall Despite a few minor drawbacks, I was generally satisfied with my stay at Hotel Kattappana. The hotel's strengths, including its clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and good food options, outweighed its weaknesses. The accommodations are well-maintained and the location is convenient for business purposes. However, it is concerning that the hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water and charges extra for it. Additionally, the check-out time of 11 am is earlier than most hotels, which may be inconvenient for guests. The restaurant's food is satisfactory, but the breakfast options are limited.

I stayed at this hotel last week, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Despite the high price, the rooms were just average and did not offer the quality or amenities one would expect for the cost. The overall experience was disappointing, and I believe there are better options available in this price range. Important thing to keep in mind: complimentary breakfast is a scam. They have a cap 150 per person. For the amount we are paying, this is stupidity.

Great level of standard in this hotel. Everything is clean. There is big parking in front of hotel. Rooms are clean and have all facilities. New furniture. Staff is helpful. Good buffet. Unexpectedly good for not touristic destination.

For the price , they have only looks. The restuarant ambience is good but food taste is average.Being a 3 star hotel they do not provide for bottled water in the rooms. They had kept water in glass bottle after drinking that I and my family fell ill.

Its best place to stay for the family and they have good restaurant insise the Hotel, its far from Thekkady ,but if you want to stay outsode the thekaady forest area then these one is good options

Bought food from hilltown hotel the food was not good the quantity of chicken was very low and the cost is very high. Also the beef curry was so low quality
