I am utter disappointed in how OYO and properties are treating customers. This is second time I am facing such a pathetic situation. I had booked here using OYO wallet money and some discounts so my total came around ₹500 which I pre paid. And since I have a previous experience of denied booking in a similar manner while I was at property itself, I contacted the property manager to confirm my booking. While they confirmed received booking they said they cannot accept at this rate as its too less. They are practically using OYO to get booking and once customer arrives would deny admission and ask for full amount or says property is full. I had to cancel my booking, thankfully I called in advance. Please do not trust booking made via OYO without confirming.

I have booked and paid the money through Oyo and reached there with the Oyo confirmation mail. But when I reached there, the receptionist said there were no rooms available and all are occupied. I contacted oyo customer care and they said they will arrange another hotel or refund the money. I refunded the money and booked another one myself. I think there is a lack of communication between online booking portals and hotels. Don't trust any booking sites completely. Always confirm with hotels before we reach there.

Worst experience don't book on any platforms as they are not linked to OYO. And if questioned for refund neither OYO or Agoda were ready to refund No Lift, No room service, No cleanliness, No water, No flush in washrooms Only 1 person to maintain entire property and he says we are asking OYO not to send any tourists for stay but they send (if hotel authorities don't accept stay why would even OYO recommend) And this is 9.2 rated property misleading everyone

Witnessed one of the worst experience at this hotel. We have booked through OYO, there’s no hot water, huge cockroaches all around the room also with ants roaming around the dinning table. I would suggest you not to take the rooms even if given for free.

Dont go with this property for family stay.. Un cleaned room with cigarate pieces and dust, dirty pillow covers and bed sheet. They will not accept oyo or any other bookings. If you raise any issues. They will say to vacate room, if you dont like.

I have booked this hotel today and paid the money via oyo app. When I reached the location given in the oyo app. The hotel was not there and then I have contacted the hotel owner. He said the location was not correct in the oyo app. Also he demanded for double amount for the room i have already booked and paid. With such an unprofessional attitude i am not sure how this hotel was labeled as a Flagship oyo hotel. #Oyoscam #Oyofraud

Rooms look nothing like the ones shown in pictures, TV’s don’t work, there’s no intercom, no hot water, no room service, only one person manages the hotel, no one to help you with the luggage, cockroaches and ants everywhere, ill maintained rooms, this room is not worth 1 star also

Very Bad Experience, asking for double the money for a confirmed OYO booking. They are threatening I will need to wander the streets if I don't pay double the money. Stay away if you want a peaceful stay.
