Very Disappointed – Terrible Experience at Midnight! We were on a family trip to Trivandrum and booked a room at , Al-Sajj Tulip Hotel expecting a peaceful stay. But sadly, it turned out to be the opposite. It’s currently 1:27 AM, and instead of sleeping, we are facing constant disturbances and trouble from the hotel itself. This is not how any guest — especially a family — should be treated in the middle of the night. When people book a hotel, the bare minimum they expect is peace and rest at night, not unnecessary issues and harassment. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent night’s stay in Trivandrum. We regret choosing Al-Sajj Tulip.

They advertise on booking platforms as providing free cancellation till checkin but they are not true to their words. When i asked for cancellation since my plans changed their response was that "free cancellation" is just for advertisement. And dont get me started on the attitude of staff.

The person behind reception was rude.. I did not have any reservation and when I asked for stay options, as I was not interacting in the local language she discussed with her boss and said they are full and just shooed me off...

The rooms were okay and the host was friendly, but the washroom was very unhygienic, which gave me a sore throat. They were prompt in cleaning it after we complained, but the initial state was unacceptable. The property is family-friendly with ample parking and a safe environment. Ensure the washroom's cleanliness before settling in.

This place is not at all treebo now. It is OYO. Rooms are not like in the picture its a bit old but still ok. Its inside a convention centre so that a 100 metre inside from road. No ameneties other than 1 soap and 1 bottle water. Shower was not working. My room had smoke smell from previous customer. Its an ok-ok choice for short stays.

Attitude of the guys who were sitting in the reception. Ami thought that he is paying to us for staying the hotel. After all it's good nice room and cleanliness were also good upto standard

I checked in at 4 pm saturday with my family anx 2 year old kid. The hotel staff behavior was like he is doing a favour for me for the sake of doing.. I didn't felt he is there to help us. I informed need a delayed checkout because my wife's exam would be completeing oy after 2 in sunday after noon and i was reasy to pay for the extra.. He didn't agree and he wants me to book again for next day with double cost. when i raised this issue in your call center the agent said i can checkout and book new hotel.... Very funny... Then we reached room and it was a small room. yes it was clean. thanks they didn't forget to put your "OYo" bathroom kit. I booked a delauxe room and i didnt felt its worth for the money i paid. I turn on the tv and no signal.. went down and inform them and changed the set of box.. still no signal. he said its a issue with provider and have to wait few more minutes. even after 2 hour no singal in tv. then he said not working in entire building.. cool another lie.. i checked with other rooms and they confirmed it was working fine. again went down.. note that they didn't pick the call when i called from room.. he said some issue in that room... so no working T V for my stay.. asked for wi-fi password.. ha ha again he said wifi not working sincd last 2 days.. so wifi also not working. i have not received the service whih offered. As mentioned above there behavior is like we are intruders or someone came there to use there rooms for free... Really bad experience and have to mentioned alot..

Good, hygienic and spacious room. Nice atmosphere. You have to bring tooth paste, brush etc. They give a towel, liquid soap. Lot of space for vehicles. Good for people for a night stay. Don't expect room service. There is only one person to manage everything. So go out for food. There are some good restaurants near by like Saj Hotels, Aaryas vegetarian. CSI Hospital is just opposite to the hotel. Breakfast time is 8-10. I was late by 5 minutes, so I didn't get.
