SPOT ON Anju Tourist Home

I booked Anjus Tourist Home through Booking.com for ₹1400 for 2 nights in an AC room, but upon arrival, they charged ₹1400 per night. This kind of bait-and-switch pricing is unacceptable. The staff had an extremely poor attitude, and the rooms were filthy and nowhere near the quality expected. It felt like a complete scam. I strongly advise others to avoid this property at all costs. They lure customers with low prices online and then deceive them. Terrible experience!

Cheater. Booked room through goibibo. After reaching the hotel they said all the rooms were full. When I asked for a refund they told me to go and collect it from customer care. When I contacted customer care they said sorry and the amount will be refunded within 24 to 48hrs. At 10 pm I am waiting outside the hotel looking for some other options. Even customer care has no other option to support me at this night

Please avoid booking this hotel for your own good. Anyway when you guys reach the hotel, they are going to say, you dont have the room. And you have to pay extra money if you want the room. Poor poor poor poor service and worst experience. Just avoid booking rooms here

This hotel although listed in OYO, is not accepting any booking done via OYO app. In the last moment I had to book another hotel via a far better travel site.

Really bad hospitality. I had to wait there for 15 minutes when checking in and while getting ready up in the morning there was no power. Also there was no one available at the front desk, so again I had to wait another 15 minutes in the morning to check out. they list like 5 to 6 mobile numbers for any query. But no one licks up. Wifi is also broken.

Another fraud set up.Especially if you book via OYO, they will tell they can’t give you the room at that rate and you will have to pay double or more.They even told me that the room is not available.Please refrain from booking here.

Terrible experience as they unreasonably and mercilessly denied me check in. They failed to give a convincing reason as well. I myself had to make my own arrangement. The hotelier looks like humbug.. never recommend this hotel to anybody
