OYO Bevis

My stay at OYO Bevis Trivandrum was appalling. Not only was I overcharged, but the room was also found to be in a disgusting state, with human feces present. When I reported this issue to the staff, it took them an unacceptable 30 minutes to send someone to clean the room, making my experience even more unbearable.

Avoid this 'OYO Bevis' hotel at all costs! I booked through booking. com, but the staff asked for extra money, making my stay a nightmare. Definitely not recommended.

Please don't choose this place, When oyo reaches there in name only, it is private property. And they have to pay a lot of money, . Room service is not good at all.

I had a very negative experience with the staff at OYO Bevis. They are misusing online platforms and refusing to accept payment through OYO/Agoda. They are asking for additional payment beyond what was agreed upon online. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

-Place feels like a cheap lodge. Never felt safe through the stay. Will never recommend for couples or family -The receptionist was rude & looks like he was high on drugs -Place is nothing like seen in pics at OYO. -Room was not clean& they didn’t even provide the amenities like soap etc.. wifi is there in the amenities list just for name sake -They charge 800Rs for the rooms. If u get it for a lower rate at OYO, say for 650, they will make u pay the extra 150Rs. Then only will they let u use the room -When u open the windows, all u see are condom packet’s & cigarettes

Go for it if you just need to spend the night. Room and washroom was clean. Laundry not so clean. Room full of mosquito, couldn't sleep at all due to frequent mosquito bite. Room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, got a very bad headache due to the smoke 😔.
