One star. For making unnecessary comments when we wore helmets in the hotel reception. We are literally handing our aadhaar cards to them. I don't understand the fuss. Extremely rude staff. And it sure is expensive for the small dingy,moldy rooms. Never going here again!!!

Staff pestering us to remove our helmets within the hotel literally while we were going out was just annoying. We weren't treated like Guests, we were treated as if they were doing a favour to us.

#Alert: I booked this hotel via oyo app for 1100rs per night. when i reached the hotel they ask me to pay 1700 per night.when i saw the room that room was not worth for 1700so i decided to cancel my booking. The hotel manager and the owner forced me to pay 1700 even if i cancel the booking otherwise i cant move out from there. That was really disppointing and they had given me a room that was not clean, not even spiders and living creatures are all over the room. When I questioned them they behaved like local gundas so guys be carefull before booking this lodge

One of worst hotel, no room service, no working fan, mosquito are there, no clean bed, owner is very rude. Lodge has better service than this hotel

Very rude and arrogant with the customers.The worst customer service I ever experienced.there is no room service at all.when we asked for water they asked us to come down and collect it.Moral policing at its peak.no culture or no manners.They were even ready to fight with the customers.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Location is good, right on the service road. Good if you have work in Al Saj convention centre (~1.8 Kms) or the Technopark.||Rooms: Rooms are small and not as colorful or clean and decorated as shown in the pictures uploaded by the management or Oyo. Cleanliness was decent. Has a small TV. Split AC was in good condition.||Bathroom: Simple and basic. Was clean enough. While the website mentions a geyser, there was none in the bathroom. Heating rod was shared between multiple rooms. ||Staff: The staff was humble and helpful in every way possible. However they were untrained and over worked/under staffed. Single guy was managing the check in process, taking luggage up, etc. leading to some chaos while check in. ||There is a restaurant at the ground floor. Lunch & Dinner is available. Breakfast had basic Idli, Dosa, Puri Chole each day. Food was average. Close by there is a mess which has Authentic Kerala meals and some decent restaurants as well.||Overall a decent budget stay, given the price point
