Very neat and clean, well maintained spacious rooms. The rooms are well furnished as well as the attached toilets are very neat and clean well maintained western style toilets. The location is also an added advantage as it is very near to Technopark Phase 1 and Phase 3 campuses. The support provided by the staff is also highly satisfactory. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone visiting in Kazhakoottam and Kulathoor areas for work or any other purposes.

This place is like my defacto home when I travel to office. Service is good, Techno park III is in walking distance. Price is good..

I jst loved the whole vibe of my stay here. And the man in the receptionist graison he knew many languages and was so helpful during our entire stay . The location is also so convenient to travel to so many places. The food service is not available but you can order online.

I was pay for this non ac room 1300 Whis was not affordable price. Room is well cleaned I was faceToo many times power failure They will not arrange any power pack I will not recommend this stay
