Hotel Elite Palazzo

Awesome place to stay and relax, spacious all across, ample parking, nice lobby, awesome coffee, we stayed overnight in a deluxe room, spacious.. Mithun was very courteous and friendly. I will definitely stay there again and I would prefer this over other 3-star hotels. I just cannot forget my moments with the Security person who looked after our plants. Such a loving character. A graceful person.

Me and my wife had a lovely stay with a very pleasing staff. The room was clean and well maintained. Food was very good and at very reasonable prices. The dinning area is spacious and with a beautiful arrangement. We loved our stay and will be looking forward to come again.

Well placed hotel in the heart of the city.. but aiming to Rob the customers in all possible ways.. have asked the reception yesterday to make the single bed into twin as the single bed was made by joining two beds, they denied it saying they don’t hav staff for the same at that time🤯they charged extra 200 rupees saying there is a stain on the pillow case.. never heard of such an action till date from any good hotel chain. Sad to see a well placed property getting ruined by such kind of idiotic behaviour from the staff.

Nice location and rooms but staff don’t support the customers. I had booked 8 rooms for my wedding and few guests checked out earlier but the hotel wasn’t accepting it. Should be careful while checking out else they would take amount for an extra day. Checkout was getting dragged. Worst experience ever. Would never come to this hotel again

The hotel is elegant and classy in it's own manner. Their new cafe Luciano, which is located at the ground level serves good starters and cappuccino. The F&B Manager Mr. Sujith handles the guest very well keeping the service decorum at preferable standards. The Rib Eye Steak we had was perfectly cooked and the Beef burger also met our expectations. Even the salads they have provided was according to our likes and are well priced to attract the mass I guess. Cafe Mocha at the cafe also deserves an applause in maintaining the right balance between crushed coffee beans and chocolate. My colleagues did liked their Latte, but my personal preference is Mocha. The only minor thing we have noticed was their clearance process during the service intervals. They were clearing all of our desert plates at the appropriate time, but failed to replace it all during our following Course. Only 2 plates were placed for 3 people and Mr Sujith gave them the right instructions instantaneously. Forgot to say, the Cheese Cake was pretty damn good! And also for Banquet functions, they have adequate space for car parking which is much needed in a place like Angamaly. If you want to relax and spend time with friends or family for a Coffee Chat, Cafe Luciano is the right spot to hit!

Had some hiccups here and there but overall enjoyed our stay there, Coffee , Americano ( Black Coffee) , awesome. Stayed in a deluxe room, ample space for two, maintained well. If I am in Alvua or my way to Kozhikode, or even going to the Airport, I will definitely stay here. Mithun an awesome person to interact and courteous. What touched my heart the most was the security person, I would not call him the security, he was standing outside the hotel door, looked after our plants that was kept outside, forgot to ask his name, when I said goodbye to him, his eyes and mine somehow exchanged with a bit of tear of joy and happiness. Looking forward to stay here again. It is about care, how a customer needs to be treated. ample vehicle parking.

Wonderful stay. Very nice staffs and every staff members commited to professional and best services. Their coffe shop offers a yummy and delicious cheese cakes.
