Kira Palace Residency

Location is in a pretty remote place from the town, basic things provided in rooms like a kettle,shampoo etc weren’t provided. Water pressure was very low and the water heater wasnt working properly, nonetheless, the rooms are very clean and beds are upto quality.

terrible customer service(staff) i ever seen... 🤢 and locates in a remote are... no kettle, old bottle water,no propper working air conditioner, old towel ,please choose another option....

Had an excellent time at Kira Palace. All staff at the hotel gave their best to make our stay safest and best. Hotel pickup , laundry and all other arrangements were promptly handled on request. Excellent quiet location and if anyones looking to stay close to Amrita Hospital Kochi, the venue is excellent. Rooms are spacious and neatly maintained. Will definitely love to visit again.

This is honest review. Very worst experience.very poor service. No amenities: phone not working, tv not working , unclean bucket, no kettle, refrigerator not working and very bad service and rude behaviour.very bad service at this cost. Regretting my decision on taking this.

Great clean rooms at a decent price!!!! Neat and clean!! Amazing place to stay for family!!! Amazing hospitality and very polite hotel staffs!! Would recommend the management to keep some mat inside the bathroom as the tiles are bit slippery

The service was really great, with really great hospitality. We really liked how clean the rooms were with the comfortable furniture. what made the stay amazing was the friendly staff who really helped us a lot as it was our first time in kerela. Really appreciate them. Thank you. We highly recommend Kira Palace Residancy.

It was a pleasure staying at Kira Palace Residency. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staffs were amazing and friendly. They wend all over to help us and made our stay enjoyable. Excellent property and we love to visit Kira Palace Residency again.
