It is a nice place to stay but locating it is quite difficult as it is little towards the interior on a very narrow street. The suites were spacious and clean. The staff cleans the room only if you tell them to do so. Otherwise they won't bother to clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and went out of the way to help us order food from Zomato ( through his phone) as we checked in at 11pm. Traditional breakfast is served on the rooftop which was very delicious. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Stayed here once on a solo trip to Cochin and the room I was allotted was value for money. It was actually like a 1BHK flat. There was a kettle and all the paraphernalia for making coffee/tea. The complimentary breakfast was good too. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood (which is good) but the approach road is a bit narrow.

The rooms are really comfortable and they have maintained cleanliness throughout. They had spacious room including a hall with TV and sofa and a dinning table. They also had hot water available for 24 hours. For breakfast they had a separate area on the terrace where you can get breakfast in the morning after 8 am. Overall, it's a great place to stay and worth the value.

Amazing customer service. Clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms - very hygienic. Affordable prices and good deals. Good location. Kind and polite staff. Definitely recommend. All basic amenities and toiletries were provided.

During my two visits to the hotel, I appreciated the budget-friendly nature and the well-equipped, spacious rooms. The inclusion of amenities such as a sofa, dining table, work table, iron box, coffee kettle, AC, fan, fridge, WiFi, TV with FTA channels, and a safety locker with a key contributed to a comfortable stay. The per night charge of INR 2600 for double occupancy is reasonable considering the offerings. However, it's important to note some drawbacks. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell upon entering the room, and the leaking bathroom tap raised concerns about maintenance. The aged and unappealing toilet seat covers and difficulty in opening window doors were aspects that detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, while the complimentary breakfast featured Kerala-style food, it fell short of expectations in terms of quality. Despite these issues, addressing the maintenance concerns and improving the breakfast quality could enhance the overall guest experience at this budget-friendly hotel.

The location is in a very narrow alley. Very centrally located area walking distance from MG road and Marine drive. The neighbourhood might not be that great. There is not great options for hotels in 400 m. But there are good enough hotels if you walk towards MG road which is around 1.2 km. There is a good lift facility. The breakfast offered here which was included was not too bad. There was no option to make tea in the room which did not include sugar. The rooms are very well kept except for the bathroom which had moulds growing in the falls roof. This is not healthy or hygienic.
