Extremely Disappointing Experience - Do Not Book This Property I had a very bad experience staying at this property. There were rats in the room on the 3rd floor, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. I initially booked the hotel on November 15th and extended my stay for an extra day due to an emergency, but my stay only got worse. • Unacceptable Service: They never provided towels or water in the room for two days, despite multiple complaints. The staff didn’t respond to any of my concerns. • Poor Hygiene & Maintenance: The washroom flush was broken, and the overall cleanliness and hygiene were extremely poor. • No Invoice/Receipt: They took payment without providing any invoice or receipt, which felt very unprofessional. This place is a total waste of money. If you’re thinking about booking here, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. It’s a terrible experience from start to finish.

Avoid this property at all costs. Despite full payment and confirmed booking, I was refused check-in upon arrival late in the evening. A deeply disappointing experience. Positives: None Negatives: 1. Refusal to honor a fully paid booking. 2. Lack of accountability or customer support. 3. Terrible experience for a traveler arriving late and tired. Feedback for the hotel: This level of mismanagement and insensitivity is unacceptable. A guest who has made a complete payment expects basic courtesy and professionalism, especially when arriving late at night. Advice for future customers: Do not book this property. The risk of being stranded despite making full payment is not worth it. Never trust OYO rooms or this location for reliable service.

We booked the hotel through agoda but when we reached at hotel , they refused to give the room.... Told that all rooms are booked. And they didnt gave any confirmation . They refused to show any previous booking details. It was not proffessional at all. By agoda as well as hotel.

Very worst experience ever, staffs are annoying, bathroom is very nasty, no proper response, horrible mosquitoes didn't let me sleep,, ban the hotel if possible,, they haven't provide me the room on time instead they want to vacate on time,, exactly at 11am the hotel guy called me saying vacate immediately,, myren poorimon

very bad experience from oyo.... room was very dirty... room service guy not accompanied us.... AC remote not working.... room floor was full of water in the morning due to ac water leakage ...Mineral water bottle not provided
