This is the first time I stayed at Phoenix holidays. This is an excellent place. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have only good things to write. This accommodation is highly recommend for anyone who is looking for an accommodation in Cochin. ❤️🧡💛

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional. The rooms were tidy, spotless, and meticulously cared for. The staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable, enhancing our overall enjoyment. It is a great place for families, providing a safe environment. There was plenty of parking available as well. In summary, I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay with family or friends.

This is the first time I have stayed here and the Hotel, room and premises are very clean and tidy, based on the Google map ratings. Suitable for business trips and family as well. They don't have a complimentary breakfast but they arrange food at a good price.

The hotel stay was good for the price. The location was great, close to Lulu Mall and Edapally Metro Station. Customer service was good. Buckets are not in the bathroom but can be provided on request.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Stayed with my family, staff are friendly. room was so clean and neat, they made sure that if everything is okay. Nice room and location near by lulu parking area available. Not crowded, very calm and quiet place

Hy I am so happy and satisfied with the stay in phoenix holidays. Their way of approaching the customers is just remarkable. And I am very much happy with their services. From now on whenever I come to Cochin I ll choose only this particular hotel for the stay. And I ll suggest phoenix holidays for my family and friends too for a comfortable stay. Had a pleasant stay at a prime location where the food and transportation facilities were in close proximity. The rooms were hygienic, and the room service was prompt. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay with family and friends!
