Though in the middle of the city, very quiet place for stay. The staff are very hospitable. Food is very good. Strongly recommended.

The suite stay was really good,just the air conditioning system needs service poor cooling capacity. The main issue was the behaviour of the staff especially the woman in housekeeping services was really rude, disrespectfully talking and banging plates. Poor cleaning experience too. Management should pay attention to such uncourteous behaviour and train the staff accordingly cz after all it's the emotional and mental experience that matters in hospitality management. I hope this will be reviewed and enforced upon. Thank you

More that the stay the staff " Miss.Shoba " was very courteous and travelled extra mile to take care of my health by suggesting what to eat. Getting such staff is a blessing for the hotel as well for the guest like me. Overall experience was really good , felt like home. Thanks to the entire team. Regards , Manojkumar

The attitude of staffs was really frustrating. We need to beg each and every time for our basic needs such as water and other complimentary offerings as per our booking. The house keeping team will also knock your door several times even if you keep your room under privacy ( even when do not disturb board is hanged outside our door)We also had one incident where they tried to barge in our room with extra key from their end. Even the facilities of room is pathetic the AC won't work properly. We used to wake up every day with sweaty body. Due to some reason we have to extend our stay we informed the admin team 2 days prior our rebooking. While we extend our stay the lady from admin called us and told they have shown our room to some guests and we need to re shift to other room and they told us they will bring someone with them to help us reshift. We argued back with them regarding the issues then she mentioned that it was a request from them. Now we are worried about our privacy most of the time we were away from the room for our works. As per her conversation it's clearly mentioned that she showed our room to other guest.Does that means she barged to our room without our consern and showed our room when and while our belongings were in the room and the lady was showing such an attitude when we question about this issue. Mentioning it was a request. Also they are such a scam team asking us to pay for the water bottle which was complimentary.This is such a worst experience we ever had I would never go to that hotel again and will never ever recommend anyone to stay over there . Please stay away from them if you concern your safety and privacy

The rooms were average, staff was helpful and friendly, food was average ,the swimming pool was closed the whole time as per mentioned pool timing there was no staff to attend the guests. Overall it's a 3 star rating.

I had anticipated a neat profile rooms but it was not upto the mark. I've booked a standard room it was like a lodge. Waste of money. I will never come again
