Just okay rooms and very bad service. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Even though they say it's close to the Ernakulam South railway station, it's a remote area to be honest! Almost all the rooms are way too small. And when it comes to service they have managed to achieve the worst ever! Keep up the good work and you can easily achieve the award for worst hotel in Kochi!

Room lock is damaged. tv & ac remote not working. Hot water was not available. Blanket not provided for extra bed. Cleanliness good. Staff behaviour good. Food was minimal and no alternative option (no restaurant, brought from outside)
