Hotel South Fort

The rooms does not have basic facilities. The toilets are not clean. Used bedsheets were laid when I checked in. I asked for towels the housekeeping staff said that the towels are sent for laundry and hence there are no towels. Requestd the reception staff also that I need towels as I was totally wet due to rain. At last they gave me a torn pillow cover instead of towel to wipe and take bath. I screamed and went out and purchased a towel from the shop. During check in the staff will give a rate and during check out another staff will start argue for the same and will inform us that their owner will shout at them if they give discount. Lack of communication. They do not have restaurant and the staff will fell bad if we ask them to purchase from outside. I visited this hotel for more than 5 times and now I dont use that hotel. Very bad experience.

Very poor services, old dirty pillow and bed, very poor maintenance. Don't go even by mistake. Very very worst.bed bugs everywhere. Most unhygienic room ever seen.

Cheap hotel having high cost. Bad in serviece too.....it would be better to sleep on rock instead of their bed. The bathroom door was stuck-up and not having a proper locking facility. No exhaust fan.. Moreover if u want bedsheets and towel u have ask them twice.

Located near Ernakulam Jn (south) railway station, Hotel South Fort is good option for travellers and family to stay near the railway station. Offers premium rooms and budget rooms both Air-conditioned and Non A/C. Staff and management offers a professional service . The major highlight for travellers is that the hotel is located near railway station,Metro, and Ernakulam KSRTC Bus stand .

Good both single double,ac& non ac rooms available . Reasonable price.Near to South railway station so good for travellers. But room service should be improved.

Worst hotel i ever stayed When you looking from outside it's good..Even the rates But once u go inside U r trapped 1.Flushing not working and No water coming in washbasin (even after telling several times) 2.No lock for bathroom 3.Beds are not washed properly 4.No Drainage nearby..So Unsahicable smell and Mosquitos 5.Cheap Customer interaction

About 300-400 m distsance from ernankulam south railway station room is above average and fairly priced
